Problems registering

Hi all,

We are currently hosting a couple of events. Participants can register for our events using your plug-in which up until this point has worked flawlessly. However a couple of weeks ago we started to receive messages from people that wanted to register for some of our events stating that it was impossible to do so. From the conversations we’ve had with them we’ve gathered that they managed to fill in everything, however when they press send nothing happens. This problem doesn’t occur when personel from the office tries to register these participants. We’re at a loss as to what is the exact cause of the problem. Do you have any suggestions?

Hello, I am facing a serious problem with the plugin. Some of my subscribers are complaining that despite paying for the subscription, they are unable to login to the site.

So, when checking the problem, I notice that the plugin did not create the user registration in wordpress, but only processed the payment for it. Payment takes place correctly at PayPal, however in the Paid Membership “Orders” there is no user information. What could be happening?

Besides, I notice that the plugin is generating automatic and random requests alone, without any request.

Doesn’t work!

I tried to register but I can’t. In plugin doesn’t work and on the website, I don’t find the registration section. I suggest you find another plugin.

Suddenly, and for no apparent reason, when I now go to my url https://www.WeAreWeThePeople.net and click on “Register” there is a “/#” that adds itself to the url . This glitch is preventing new users from registering. How can I reset the navigation page to exclude that “/#” at the end of the url string https://wearewethepeople.net/# when someone clicks on “Register” so new users can register again?

Currently I’m creating website to use Ultimate Member(UM).

However, I can not register by UM with log out status.

Also I can not see my custom registration form with log out status.

When I log in, I can see my registration form and I can register.

Help Age Verify find my Registration page

I am using “Theme My Login” to … well, theme my login. I wanted to use “Age Verify” to make sure all my peeps are over 13 by having them be 13 to register. Age Verify apparently works on the default WordPress registration and can’t find my registration which was changed by Theme My Login. (BTW, the screen part of Age Verify works fine.) Does anyone know how to make these two play nice?

Hi there, I have tried everything. Changed from clients admin email to mine and it just comes up all messed up. If I use my gmail or my hetzner account it doesnt come through at all. This is a real stuff up as its for a science conference.

I am trying to sign into my website and it says that my username/email doesn’t exist!

We have been using wordpress for our business site for several years now and all of a sudden when I go to the “/wp-admin” to sign in I get a blank page. Then when I try to sign into wordpress.com it says that I don’t have a username/email registered, which I know is not true because we have been using wordpress for so long! Have I been hacked or something? If so, how do I recover the backend wordpress of my site?!
