section of the site.
Maybe test orders are not visible in this way but I was just curious.
Note: I tried searching for this answer but all I get is content relating to people wanting a refund for the woocommerce plugin.

]]>However, we also have a few bulk cart discounts configured (E.G. cart size >200 EUR will get a flat 10 EUR discount, up to a cart size of 399 EUR).
When calculating the refund, I am unable to process these discounts in any way. I can not add a negative value in the line for discounts, so I am either forced to refund the customer more than they have paid for (as they will also be refunded the discount), or compensate in a different way by not refunding all items. Either of these options are not acceptable for us.
Attached below an image of what I am talking about. As you can see the discount (row with negative values) is the exact difference between the amount to be paid (automatically calculated) and the amount received from the order.
