Hello, when will this plugin have a redeem field available for the Woocommerce block checkout?

Points/Voucher can only use for the first order

Hello, I built up a WooCommerce shop for employees, where they can buy items with their points. They get the points with a voucher for e.g. birthday, employee of the month …
This all works fine, but, every user can only redeem a voucher for the first order. As soon they placed one order in the shop, they can’t use any voucher with points anymore.
There must be an adjustment in the extension, wich says for e.g. “Customer can use coupon only for the first order”. But I can’t find anything.
Please help.

I am testing the YITH Gift Card plugin and it seems to everything I need. But I am confused about ownership of the gift card.
When a gift card is sent to a recipient who is not a registered user in woocommerce it looks like anyone can use the gift card. And more than one person can use the same gift card.
When a gift card is sent to a recipient who is a registered user in woocommerce it is still possible for anyone to use the gift card. In other words it is not assigned the registered user in woocommerce.
Is this the intended functionality of the plugin? If so, are you considering an option to a) in the case the recipient is a not registered user, limit the use of a gift card to one user and b) in the case the recipient is a registered user, limit the use of a gift card to this user?

Apply Discount Not Working

Hi support team, I’m using a free version of this plugin.

My problem is during checkout, when I clicked the ‘apply discount’ pop up message which shows my collected point it done nothing. The product price shows no change and no discount applied did appear. Is it our website or this feature is only availeble in premium version?

All in the plugin works except that, when the gift card recipient enter the gift card code on the coupon field, nothing happens, not even an error message, and the gift value isn’t discounted from the order.
Any help would be appreciated

Redeeming error on sale products

We have a huge problem that when we add a product that is a sale item, we adjust the product to override for no points to be redeemed (0%) – so customer cannot use redeem points in the cart.

However if you add another product that is not excluded to the cart then the customer can redeem the points as it is done on cart total.

So effectively add a non redeemabe point single product of ￡190 = no redeem points
Add another single product for ￡32 which allows the user to redeem points even though the maximum cart limit is set to ￡100.

How can customer reddem manually added credits ?

I installed the credit manager plugin.

It is perfect to add credits.

But those credits do not makes appear the redeem credits possibility on checkout.

Can you plese tell me how to solve this ?

Hide “Redeem Gift Card” for some products

I am trying to hide the “Redeem Gift Card” form on the cart and checkout for certain products using jQuery. That isn’t working. It does work on the initial page load but then it comes back. I tried setTimeout() with the same result. Is there a hook I can use or some way to get this done?

I need a plugin that allows users to redeem a coupon and in the backend I can see which user redeem the coupon, what time did the user redeem the coupon and what coupon was redeemed.
I know PHP, HTML, Java and CSS so if i need to code i don’t have any problem.
