You are in recovery mode. This means there may be an error with a theme or plugin. To exit recovery mode, log out or use the Exit button.?Exit Recovery Mode

On logging out too, the Recovery Mode message and button on the top-right remain.
Rest of the website appears to be functioning properly
Is it safe to remove cache via phpmyadmin and check if this gets fixed?

This is all very well, but I can do nothing with the site. I have two sites that run Total and one of them, I got the email for recovery mode but not on this one. So, how can I get into my site and recover things please?

It is currently displaying a “critical error” message on the site. When I try to login, I get a similar message, plus instructions to check the site admin email inbox for instructions.
The first time I tried to log in and received this message, I did receive an email with some generic info and also a special link to a “recovery mode to safely login into the dashboard and investigate further”. I was able to log in via “recovery mode”. I attempted to update wordpress as well as a few plugins. After wordpress updated, (or at least after the site no longer said it was down for maintenance, I am unsure if it actually updated), I can no longer log in via the recovery mode link. And I am not receiving any further emails to the site admin email inbox with any other information or new recovery mode links.
How can I access my site and fix the errors? While I was accessing via recovery mode I believe I saw that the critical error was related to the Elementor Pro plugin and I attempted to deactivate that plugin, but I cannot get in to verify if it was deactivated or not.
How can I access my site??
