Since last update (or maybe another older one I’m not sure) I can’t get rid of the panel saying:

“How likely are you to recommend Spectra to your friends or colleagues?”

No matter if I click on the x, if I click on any number, the box is still open it drives me nuts.

How can I get rid of this?
