Thank you for reading this email. I am checking Emails in Settings and I realize certain email templates don’t have Recipients text field. For example, below is my Emails dashboard,
https://drive.google.com/file/d/167RonsIayjNO06MqDsYaI2OrEAkqnLb0/view?usp=sharing
Let’s use New Order and Order on-hold, see below,
New Order: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1a2dx46-YQfZHzXL6x7IHdTczVrwy50nt/view?usp=sharing
Order on-hold: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xfyoXOiHVg04XWnLSb2Ry8TK1icaUa16/view?usp=sharing
As you can see, Recipients text field is missing in Order on-hold and it is inside New Order.
I am not sure what this is the case. Could it be that I needed to enable Mailchimp in order to activate Recipients text field in Order on-hold?
Thank you!
Kevin
]]>I noticed that there has been a change in the mail option as a result of the latest update:
Until version 3.3.4, I had successfully received notifications about bad bots to two mail addresses (separated by commas). With the update this function no longer works, because after saving the settings both mail addresses are combined.
From: [email protected], [email protected] changes to [email protected]
Since I’m probably the only one who uses this, make a note of it for the next release and I’ll manage differently until then
Many thanks & greetings!
]]>Example
Product 1: Sends the order-mail to [email protected]
Product 2: Sends the order-mail to [email protected]`
We have a working Postman setup. When submissions are made through the website we notice in the mail log that receipts are being sent to two mail addresses that are not a part of the website build anymore.
I would like to remove those recipients.
For an example see below:
Van: thebridge <thebridge.amsterdam>
Aan: [email protected] (recipient to be removed)
Antwoord-Aan: thebridge.amsterdam
Datum: 2022-07-01 13:40:03
Onderwerp: Bedankt voor je reactie. We nemen binnen 48 uur contact met je op
Leverings -URI: smtp:tls:oauth2://smtp.gmail.com:587`
is it possible to choose different recipients depending on the value of a custom selector? I mean, I would like to place a selector in the form and when the user fill the comments, select an option from the select form and depending on this value send the comment to one recipient or another.
Thanks in advance.
Fernando
It is a cool feature to be allowed to send email to recipients with ticket content. It would also be very cool to allow recipients to answer to tickets. This way, users, agents, admins and recipients that are not agents or admins could participate in ticket development.
If we add someone to a ticket as recipient is because that person can add something or needs to be informed of ticket development.
Best regards.
Is there a possibility to retrieve the recipients when resolving the merge tags ?
I’m displaying date & time and would need to set them in the time zone & format depending on the recipient. When adding the merge tags to the custom trigger, I don’t see a way to access to the recipients.
I have the feeling that the merge tags don’t have access to the carrier context but I could have missed something.
Thank you
Michael
]]>the recipients of my forms are not receiving the emails sent, I have tried placing recipients of corporate emails like “[email protected]” and “hotmail” emails.
However, the submints do appear in the forminator registry, that is, the plugin is receiving them, but not sending them.
I already checked that the recipients were well written.
I use the Ajax method and inline validation.
Email notifications do not have any conditions activated
Is there any way to fix the problem? Thanks
