We analyzed the code in the following file:
bp-custom-order-status-for-woocommerce/src/emails/class-wcbv-order-status-email.php
Our findings:
WC_Email->send()
function.$recipient_email
, which should contain the customer’s email ($order->get_billing_email()
), may be overwritten by another value.$this->getStatusRecipients($status)
, which may add the administrator as a recipient.Questions and support request:

Pls help, thank you so much!
]]>If you set up the gallery to display it still works – but if one chooses to not have the gallery, the image reverts to the Yith Template and a relevant image can not be set to the product.
Is there an option to roll-back to a previous version while the bugs are addressed?
Thanks in advance for your help.

I am only using the free version to decide if I will spend the money for the premium but if it doesn’t work why would I? Plus I’ve spent a lot of time on this.
]]>Sender Email: A2host email
Recipients/to Emails: gmail, a2host, & bluehost
Testing forms with a few of my own emails in the recipient/to of the form field. The form submissions are successful with my personal gmail, and my personal a2host email, but not with my personal bluehost email? Why? Why is bluehost blocking the submissions?
The client is on a 3rd party (local) email provider— will we have blocked issues with their emails too?
I would like to include my bluehost email on their forms for testing, but the submissions don’t come through.
Thank you.
]]>I received the notifications of the purchase the store admin and as the customer, but I never received an email to the recipient email address to notify me that someone had purchased a gift card for me.
However, when I manually created the gift card in the dashboard and assigned the recipient email address there (not in the store), I did receive the recipient email.
Does the recipient email not work in the free version of the plugin?
