My contact form is all set up. When I submit it, the message saying “your message has been sent” appears on my page. But I don’t receive the email on my mailbox.

Mail not being sent

I am running Smart Forms version 2.6.72 and WordPress version 5.9.2.

I have created a basic contact us form and an order form. Both do not send the data to my email. I don’t understand what is going on. All of the settings are correct.

Don’t receive messages, but sending confirmation is ok

It doesn’t work anymore: if I send myself a message through the contact form, the green confirmation message displays correctly, but I don’t receive the message. I have NO filters at all in my email and it’s not in the Spam.
I tried several times, also changing the recipient email, but I still don’t receive any message.
I don’t know when the problem begun.
Please help, thanks!

Delivery engine issue – cannot access log page

Some emails are not arriving, such as my bounce email address at Migadu. I occasionally get this error:

“The are issues with the delivery engine. Please check them here.”

When I try to access the link, I get this error:

“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

This is where I am getting that error:

example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_main_scheduler

I am the only administrator on the site, so I’m not sure who would have access to that page if I don’t.

I tried reinstalling WordPress, I tried deactivating all plugins except Newsletter, but I’m still not able to get emails delivered to Migadu, and I’m still having this issue with my delivery engine. I have also updated all of the plugins to the latest version.

What else can I do?

As a group admin I create group actives which are als send as an email with the BuddyPress Group Email Subscription plugin. Unfortunately I do not receive the generated email myself. How can I change that?

Value FROM field blocks sending

Strangest things are happening lately. I noticed that at some point in time emails were no longer delivered at my inbox [email protected]. They were however delivered at the cc-address [email protected].

What I discovered today through trial and error is that the email address provided in the FROM field is the cause of the problem. Here I always had [email protected] (the same as the TO value) and it has been working since forever. Now it will only work (that is deliver emails at [email protected]) if I change the FROM value to: [email protected]

What’s up with this? Is this al of a sudden a flaw in CF7?

Not receiving subscription notifications

I installed and configured Email Subscribers for single optin subscription, and then sent an email to my clients with a link to the subscription page linked below. Although a number of subscriptions are showing up in the plugin Subscribers pane, I have not received a single subscription notification. I have double-checked that I have the correct email address entered in the admin settings and that “Notify Admin when a new subscriber signs up” is set to YES. I have also checked spam filters on my host, but there is no record of notification emails being quarantined. What could the problem be?

Woocommerce – not receiving emails

Hi,
I just installed woocommerce on my website, but it’s not working as expected.
When I activate the plugin and make the process to buy a product, I don’t receive the emails, but I see that they are being sent thanks to WP Mail Logging plugin.
Also, if I log off from wordpress and click the “forgot password” button, it redirects to a 404 page. This works when I deactivate the Woocommerce plugin.
Could you help me to find what’s causing this issues?
