I have set up several categories of Donation levels. In testing mode, everything works great except for the Donation Receipt Email. The {donation} tag does not show the proper Donation Level. It always shows the first one, no matter what level I choose. (The {amount} tag is, thankfully, correct.) Screenshots below.
I am using this plugin for crowdfunding and have adjusted a lot of the language to read as such in the email options. For instance, changing words like donation to pledge and Donor to Backer. But I wanted to know if I would have to alter the php file to change the language in the donation receipt that shows up after a successful “donation”… I am looking through it now, but want to be sure before altering the code. I think it can be fixed by just making sure the image is the right size when uploading it.
I found this in the support docs: ”?Keep in mind that this uploader does not change the dimensions of the image, so select an image that is already an appropriate size and resolution for display on email clients.”
So… What is the “appropriate size and resolution?”

If the only item in the order is a gift card, is it possible to edit the body text of the order complete email to read something besides the default “Hi John, Great news, your order has shipped!” to something more appropriate like “Your gift card has been emailed to the recipient, here is your receipt.”?

]]>I am working on a WooCommerce shop in which I enabled a multicurrency management plug-in (Aelia Currency Switcher). The shop general currency is Euro but orders can be made by users choosing a different currency, for instance Danish krone (DKK). This is fine but I need “PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce” receipts to display prices with the shop general currency (Euro) instead of the order currency (DKK) for administrative reasons.
Is there a way to do this (or handle multiple currencies in general) with this plug-in or the Pro version?
