Hello,

I have installed the “Constant Contact Forms” plugin, connected to my account, created the form, and implemented the “Spam Control” site key and secret key. But I am still receiving spam emails daily. I’m a web developer and this is for a client that keeps receiving spam, I have tried multiple keys and multiple versions of the reCAPTCHA (Version 2, Version 3 with the right keys) but no luck on stopping the spam. Could you please assist me on how I can accomplish this I would greatly appreciate it. This is the page that I keep getting spam on: https://laspalmas55.com/contact-us/

since the Google Recaptcha has been updated to version 3, we received a lot of SPAM.

Our threshold is 0.5 (default in Contact Form 7)

recaptcha not working

Hello, if I add the “Contact form 7 recaptcha” I get the message “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” – the plugin handle my request as spam.

If I remove the captcha from the form, it works well and send the message.

The captcha-box shows me the green checkmark! Installed are the latest versions of WP and Contact Form 7. The Form runs since years without problems!!!

reCaptcha is marked as Spam

Hey,

I just installed the recaptcha on cae-automotive.de/kontakt but the Messages are always marked as Spam and won’t go out, though the reCaptcha seems to work and is tickled with a green checkmark.

I only got the plugins Cornerstone, Slider Revolution and Contact Form installed. deactivating those didn’t help. A fresh installation of Contact form 7 didn’t help either.

I checked the Keys on integrationpage 5 times. They are correct. I entered the IP Adress and all Domains on the Apipage of Google.

reCAPTCHA plugin is deleting all the comments (including my own comments, posted from ADMIN account). What can I do? It was working well at the last years.
