Accidently deactivated jetpack, after reactivating I’m asked create the account

Hi, I deactivated by mistake. Then reactivated it. However, now Jetpack gives "Missing user connection" .

But when I click on "Connect your user account" Button, i’m asked to "Create an account to set up Jetpack"!

Does this mean I have lost everything, and have to start from scratch? Please help. Thank you.

What do I need to get a transaction ID

I want to reactivate two blogs, including this one, that I haven’t had access to in about ten years. I finally contacted someone at my old credit union about getting a transaction ID but I don’t know who the charge would have been to so they or I can search for it. I don’t have the username or password, the email account no longer exists, and my phone number has changed several times. I just need to know how to find this/these particular transaction IDs.

The original ‘Additional CSS’ is gone

Hi community

I created a site with Twenty Twenty Three and wrote small CSS additions for various places in ‘Additional CSS’ (screenshot) under the ‘Design’ section. In one of the last updates, this option disappeared from the section, and with it all the CSS rules I had defined. They are all still active, but no longer accessible or editable.

My questions:
How can I make those specific CSS rules I wrote accessible and editable again?

Can the original ‘Additional CSS’ be reactivated? (I have found other places for editing CSS – inside the website editor as well as in the plugin ‘Custom CSS and Java’, which in turn appears in the ‘Design’ section – but neither of them makes my rules accessible.)

Hello I have a araxsystemsllc@gmail.com account on I guess wordpress.com and I deleted it with the plan to restart the account the next day through a different server host. I was pretty new so I didn’t how things work. Come to find out that the support and account management is non existent on wordpress. I need my account reactivated from limbo. Thank you.

Unable to reactivate AIOS security features

I am trying to troubleshoot a login issue on a staging site (created with WPVivid). In order to eliminate AIOS as the culprit, I went to the AIOS Settings page and clicked “Disable all security features”.

The good news is that AIOS does not seem to be the cause of the login issue. The bad news is that I cannot now re-activate AIOS. The button still says “Disable all security features”, and I cannot find any means of turning AIOS back on.

Please advise: How do I reactivate AIOS after using the built-in disable feature?

Can’t deactivate Google access

Hi,

Data was not saved to Google sheets.
I’ve got an error on the “integration” tab that a critical error happened on this site.
I’ve removed the access from Google permissions and tried to deactivate the plugin but it won’t deactivate.
I removed the plugin and re-install it but it keeps showing like it’s currently active and it won’t deactivate.
How can I deactivate it and reactivate?
I must have it working.

Send listing for approval not working

Hi there.

I’m still struggling with this topic.

I can’t make “send listing for approval” appear when a FREE SUBMISSION listing expires.

When a free listing expires, it just lets me delete it.

Hopefully there’s a solution.
