I am trying to re-install the theme to correct some issues with the PageBuilder. I go to Appearance->Themes->Add New, then browse for upload. Click the install button and I see:
Installing theme from uploaded file: themify-ultra.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
Destination folder already exists. /home/(removed)/public_html/wp-content/themes/themify-ultra/
According to documentation I should see a line that says “This theme is already installed”, then some details about the installed theme, and a button that says “Replace current with uploaded”, none of which I am seeing

]]>The background and name are still intact, so is my username, but there is nowhere to log in.
I was a bit closer before, but then I did something stupid (I believe it was setting the blog back to default setting or something similar).
Now all it shows is the “Hello World” post.
Is there any way I can re-install my blog as it was, maybe by going into acertain file in my Worpress folder?
Any help wil bee very much appreciated.
]]>Goods:
1. The simple one click Performance Test with suggestions for tuning.
2. Asset Optimization Advanced mode allow you move the css and js to the footer to boost the performance.
Bads:
1. It seems the clear caching on mobile devices is still not yet fix. (this is critical!)
2. It seems that if you deactivate, delete the plugin, and then reinstall it back. the previous setting is still there. (still having the old .css, .js records)
Overall is a good tool.
]]>What is the proper way to re-install version 5 after having reverted to version 4?
]]>We cloned this website from another, and had both autoptimize and wp rocket deactivated when we did it. But after a day or so, the new site gets broken – wide white margins all the way down the page. Clearing cache doesn’t fix it – only deactivating autoptimize fixes it.
Assuming there are leftover css files which may be causing this, what’s the best way to completely clear out all autoptimize, so that I can do a fresh install? What directories via FTP do I need to clean out? Do you agree that’s what is happening?

]]>I am using Divi to build my pages, rather than Gutenberg. I have therefore selected the “Use Old Editor (pre Gutenberg 5.0)” option in the settings page.
When I try to edit a map, all of the Mapbox options are missing from the post page and I see the following message:
Please head to the settings page and activate a WP Mapbox GL JS license from your purchase at Mapster.
I have not purchased an advanced licence as I wish to use the free version of the plugin. I have entered and saved my Mapbox credentials, but this does not remove the message or return the options that your documentation suggests should be present.
I have submitted a support request via your website and received no response.
Please can you advise if there are any known problems with the free version of the plugin since the WordPress 5.0 update? Or if there is any way I can get the maps working again?
Many thanks,
Kirsty
]]>I know there are a bunch of articles on how to re-install wordpress and how to backup your data. But none om them fits my needs. Most of them assumes a bunch of things like having PHPMyAdmin or even being able to access the wordpress via HTTP.
I’d like to do a more basic re-install, using CLI. I use a manually installed wordpress on Linux/Apache on a standalone server. This is my plan:
1. Backup the database using mysqldump.
2. Backup the complete wordpress installation (web root and all sub directories). The main thing I need here are the uploaded media files.
3. Wipe the server completly, re-installing new operating system, then web server and wordpress
4. Importing the old database, that should give me my articles text back.
5. Put the uploaded media files in the right folder. That should give me the images in the articles back.
What do you think. Will this work?
