Ex: category 1 , category 2, …category 10
My goal is to display randomly 4 categories from all that aI have on the Home page every time I refresh the page.
]]>This would be a way of them coming across pages they’d never think to navigate to, or hadn’t seen in the main menu/s.
There are plenty of (older) plugins which can direct to a random post, but not a page.
Ideally I’d also be able to exclude various pages (so people don’t end up on test pages etc)
]]>It would be super-useful if it was possible to apply only to specific post categories.
I’m not rich, but I could chip in 50 USD if it would at least inspire to develop this feature
Below is the code I’m using in the body of the page.
[testimonials category=cleveland limit=1 paging=false hide_not_found=true]
[testimonials category=columbus limit=1 paging=false hide_not_found=true]
[testimonials category=cincinnati limit=1 paging=false hide_not_found=true]
[testimonials category=detroit limit=1 paging=false hide_not_found=true]
PS – I turned off CDN and cleared cache, just to be sure that wasn’t the problem.

]]>I am working on a website that uses the twenty fifteen theme. I would like to make a specific post a “sticky”, but since there are no featured articles on the site it’s also automatically set as a featured article.
The problem I have now is that when you first come to the site, you see this ugly striped hole and would like to fill it with featured images in such a way, that everytime the site would load, another image would be displayed above the article.
Could maybe anyone propose how such a thing could be done? I tried searching plugins, but they only allow you to create a set featured image, or galleries out of featured images, but not a set of featured images for one post, that would randomly change as you call up the site.
Thank you all for your help!
