I have integrated Algolia on my wordpress site using this plugin and everything seems to be working great! One thing left, I need to change the query string parameter in the url from s to q. I did run across some example code on here that helped change it for wordpress default search and other search providers using the parse query hook. But in conjunction with Algolia this approach seems to break the results completely. I’m wondering if you have any ideas about how this could be done, or where I might start poking around to achieve this.
Thanks in advance!
]]>I’ve looked into altering the form as well as using some php to intercept and alter the query before sending it to Relevanssi.
I am using Elementor, but am okay creating a custom search submission form if need be.
I am not very experienced in the realm of search so any advice or resources would be very appreciated.
Thanks!
]]>The page is a WP template page and loads the page content dynamically using php to load the relevant course content – depending on values cat and event_id. There are 20 to 30 course and I need the relevant title and description tags.
I need to be able to generate the Title Tag from the H1 tag for the page and also autogenerate the Meta Description text somehow.
Please could you advise how I can do this or suggest the best way to get SEO tags for each course that can be displayed on this dynamic page.
Thank you
]]>Sometimes also /#!
I search console most of these urls, which is a lot, end up ind “Excluded by tag noindex” instead of “Alternate page with correct canonical tag”.
SOME of them gets into “correct canonical tag” but not nearly as many as in the “noindex” group.
Pagination canonical works fine.
They are not indexed by Google, but I don’t like that they are not registered correctly and Google does lot view the urls as they really are.
Is it some setting I have overlooked?

]]>site.com/page?foo=bar
and set query string to add abc=def
so:
[kaya_qrcode title_align="alignnone" querystring="abc=def" ecclevel="L" align="alignnone"]
the link is ending up as site.com/page?foo=bar?abc=def
Can this be fixed to append query string if they already exist please?

]]>I need to change the URL for an existing QR code from:
https://mariandale.org
to
https://mariandale.org/about-us/retreat-center-ny/
It is NOT a Dynamic code.
Same domain, just moving the QR code URL to a sub-page on the site.
Is there a way to do this with a Query string?
Thank you for any help.
