Suman was very cordial and helpful, solved our every query and issues patiently. Appreciated all the support.
]]>I have entered the questions for each category in sections S_1_1, S_1_2…S_1_6, S_2_1, S_2_2…S_2_6.
Each subsection has more questions, obviously, depending on the degree of difficulty. If I choose random questions and answers, one from each subsection, it is very good, it shuffles the questions and gives me one from each, a total of twelve, but it also shuffles the order of the subsections. I would like to keep the order of the questions in the subsections.
Like this:
:-question 1, random from section S_1_1
-question 2, random from section S_1_2
………
-question 6, random from section S_1_6
-question 7, random from section S_2_1
…….
-question 12, random from section S_2_12
I mention that, if I choose only random answers but choose to take only one question from each section, it always gives me the first ones.
Here is the test and you can better understand what I want. I don’t want the question from S_II_7 first, I want the one from S_I_1 first, chosen randomly from all the questions from S_1_1
Thank you very much!

]]>I’ve been working with the QSM plugin to create a quiz in my online course with Tutor LMS and WordPress.
I have already created the quiz and the results pages and the questions are set up to be graded by points and as correct or incorrect.
My quiz has categories because I need the grading to be by category, which is why I chose this plugin for my quiz.
However, when testing it, my results pages do not appear when I finish the quiz, instead I am sent to an ‘undefined’ page.
It seems that the plugin is either not adding up the points correctly or is adding them up incorrectly, which is preventing the conditions for each results page from being met and displayed at the end of the quiz.
Has anyone experienced something similar and can give me some guidance on how to resolve it?
I would be so grateful if someone could provide a solution.
Cheers.
]]>We are using QSM for our client site. Everything works well. Only issue is that we do not receive email notification when someone fills contact form. We are using contact form to show before the quiz. I also could not find where to add the recipient email to receive these contact form notifications.

Amit Malhotra
In addition (and even more troublingly), when I’ve gone to test the system, it also doesn’t record any of my answers — just a blank test, even if I fill out every question. If I look at past tests, it shows each question answered, but not on ones I fill out now, whether logged in or filed out anonymously.
I’m not sure the two problems are related, but originally, the template used variables such as %CATEGORY_POINTS%I%/CATEGORY_POINTS%
, which are the ones that quit functioning. Those didn’t seem to be a clearly defined form of the variable codes, so I switched to the form %CATEGORY_SCORE_I%
. This does seem to work in as much as it gets replaced by “0,” but again, the selections I make do not seem to be carried over to that results page or the Administrative results page.
Any ideas what might be going on? I’m running QSM 9 on WordPress 6.5.2.

I try clear the cache, deactivate plugins, reinstal QSM, default theme.
Please someone help me thanks
I would like to provide my users with the flexibility to review and, if necessary, edit their survey responses to ensure the accuracy of their input. If this feature is not currently supported by the QSM plugin, I would appreciate any guidance or recommendations on achieving this functionality.
Thank you in advance.
]]>I have added a shortcode of Elementor & Other third part plugin in the QSM > Text > General > All Available Editors. But the shortcode not shown in Frontend.
I planned to add a login button by using elementor shortcode at the end of the Quiz but the shortcode was not showing the output. It was shown in the text format.
How to add or allow the shortcode in the “Text After Quiz” page as well as “Text Before Quiz” page.
