I worked out this was Google+ ‘helpfully’ backing up some images (it seems you can no longer create new Picasa web album accounts without having G+). I disabled the so-called Auto Awesome feature in G+ which was causing it, turned off Auto-Backup in my G+ app, and deleted the images.

However, PWA+PHP is still showing this empty Auto Backup folder. I can’t, for the life of me, work out how to remove it. It seems that once something’s been backed up, even if the contents are deleted, the folder remains.

Can anyone help? Is there a way to hide it in PWA+PHP?

I am using the PWA+PHP picasa plugin and like it a lot as it allows to show unlisted albums.

I would like to make the widget of PWA+PHP dynamic and tried different plugins like Widget Logic, Restrict Widget and Dynamic Widget. Unfortunately, none of them is working.

I found following comment in the internet: “For the widgets which are using the deprecated method of registering to WordPress, this needs to be fixed by the author of the widget.”

Can you fix the problem?
This would be much appreciated.

When I click on an image the popup box to display the image and provide slideshow or photo transitions doesn’t appear. In Shashin nothing happens unless I right mouse click and open in new browser tab, then I get all the image thumbs on a picasa URL. In PWA+PHP clicking on the thumbnail opens the picture at the larger size but as if I’ve followed a link. I can get the functions to work on demo pages from the developers of the plugins.

I’ve put a couple of albums on my site to show what I mean (running Shashin). Any ideas what is causing the jquery type photo box to not action at all on my site?

But the post is showing all the images in the album (at this time it is 4). I just want to see 2.

What I am doing is calling this post into the footer, and I want this post to show 2 photos from the album, and I am assuming it will show the latest 2. (?)

simple lightbox works great but if there are 2 images in the gallery, then each image is counted twice when clicked upon thus the lightbox says there are 4 images. Each image shows two times.

any ideas?

I have PWA+PHP for WordPress, version 0.9.4 installed. I also have Highslide for WordPress, reloaded, version 1.22.

I configured PWA+PHP’s Display Style setting to “Custom Setting”. I do not want the captions to show on the thumbnails, but I do want to see them in the Highslide slideshow, but the reverse is happening: I see captions below the thumbnails and do not see captions in Highslide (Highslide’s Caption source setting is “Image Title”).
