I assigned products to Supplier (both simple and variable). When I create a Purchase Order, only simple products show and not the variable products.

So once we’ve created a purchase order (ex: PO1) and that purchase order has been sent out to the vendor. We sometimes receive partial orders. So from PO1 we would only have received 20 products instead of 50. Is there a way to show that or track that on Atum? We would also like to see if there is a way to mark the Purchase Order paid, unpaid, or partially paid, is there a way to do that as well?
]]>I will be stocking some products at my physical location – no issue there.
I will be listing stock values of suppliers stock and updating by import or feed on a regular basis – no problem there.
However, based on the above virtual stock, I want to be able to create purchase orders on a daily basis based on actual orders received – ie. I place the order after goods are sold.
Is this possible, and would it be manual or automatic?
One thought I had (if this is possible) is to have 2 stock values for each product – suppliers stock (used for product listings) and my actual stock – so for example, if my stock is zero or one, a PO would be created when it drops below that number.
Please let me know if your plugin will handle the above without customisation, or suggestions of how to achieve this.
Thanks in advance.
]]>I want to create variations, as well as bundles of products. However, the inventory should be controlled by each individual item.
So for example:
Green widget – stock 100
Green widget pack of 10 – should automatically show stock of 10 (100 / 10)
Can I do this in WC, and if so, how is this set up? Or am I better off with a plugin?
I also want to upload products in bulk to WC (so would need to set this up correctly) and find WC import function next to useless – so suggestions please.
I am also wanting to create purchase orders from suppliers (automatically if possible) based on new orders received daily. Any ideas of process or plugin to do this.
I may pay for set up and support if I can find someone who knows how to set this up properly.
