Issue with proxy server , no help from jetpack since 2 weeks

xyz.com is my main domain and xyz.com/blog is on my proxy server , everytime in site health I am getting wpcom connection test, reconnect 200 error.

I have asked you multiple times how to resolve this issue. Both are on separate nginx server.

Server Timeout when I try to activate the plugin

I have a wordpress installation behind a proxy server. When I try to activate the plugin I got a timeout server error.

Do you have any idea why this happen? Should I enable a specific rule (URL or IP address) for my proxy server?

Greetings
We are currently building a WP site incorporating Custom Twitter Feeds. This site sits behind a proxy server. As far as we can see, traffic to Twitter is trying to go direct rather than via the proxy.
We have set wp-config to refer to the proxy and other plugins are using it.
Is there a way to configure Custom Twitter Feeds to route via a proxy server?

Godaddy WordPress Proxy Server??

I’ve already updated my wp_config.php file with the code below,

define(‘WP_PROXY_HOST’, ‘999.999.1.1’); //<—Replace with yours
define(‘WP_PROXY_PORT’, ’80’);
define(‘WP_PROXY_USERNAME’, ‘user’);
define(‘WP_PROXY_PASSWORD’, ‘password’);
define(‘WP_PROXY_BYPASS_HOSTS’, ‘localhost, www.mydomain.com’);
Changing the IP to the one provided by Godaddy.
The WP_PROXY_PORT 8080 does not work, but it does if I change it to 80.

Now, when I login to the above IP, I get a “pageok” message on the browser window. I do see in the browser address bar (when entering mydomain.com) that it changes to “mydomain.com/https://mydomain.com”, and the “pageok” in the browser window.
I’m not able to browse any websites, google.com, etc, or even my own Godaddy hosted domain.

I contacted Godaddy support and they were no help. I asked if there was a dedicated port for browsing via my own private proxy on the server, they said it was 80, no other support. They looked at the code and said it was probably something that I wrote in the code above that was causing the problem.
I also took out the bypass_host to just localhost. Same “pageok” message when browsing my own domain.

Anyone out there has an idea of what I’m doing wrong?
Or the correct code to set up a proxy server on a Godaddy hosted WordPress site?

I’ve installed your plugin with the GeoIP database and it’s showing the country for the IP… but the IP is the IP of the server not the user. It’s showing the user’s IP as a Proxy Server IP and not showing the country:

Have a client website that uses this plugin successfully, with one exception: Institutional subscribers (several universities) who use EZProxy are unable to auto-login even when we add the IP Address of the EZ Proxy Server and the University computer as admitted ranges. Anyone have an insight on how to make this work with EZProxy?
