These plugins have saved time, costs and a lot of headaches. Ran into a few issues whilst developing a new site using these plugins and Steve from PropertyHive gave some of the best support I have ever received (especially for a WordPress plugin!!)

I am at the end of a website design project for a real estate management company. I built it with Houzes theme and I am at the end.

However, the client has now decided he would like the website to be integrated with a property management platform/CRM/operating system such as Buildium.

He has asked me to find a property management platforms that’s easy for me to integrate. However, I can’t find anything anywhere. I do not have development skills, only design.

Can anyone suggest a platform that can be integrated easily onto my WordPress website please?

We would like to make a property management site which only manage rental, not selling houses.
Do you think this plug-in would work for this area?

How much does this cost?

I am about to integrate this plugin to a city government website i am building. I was wondering if there is a way to exclude the agent information from the listing?

Reason being is because these listings will be monitored and updated internally for the department i am building the website for. Again these will be city properties so we do not have real estate agents.

I’m trying to find a plugin for a property management site I’m building for a friend. Basically I need it to be able to display house types (e.g. flats to let, houses to let houses for sale) and the number in each of those types. If you take a look at this site you can see what I mean under the heading “Property to Let”.

I’d be really grateful if someone could point me to a plugin that could do this.

I need some help/advice/suggestions. I have a client ask me to build them a property management website where the tenants can log online and pay their rent. What would you recommend that I use for the site?

I figured I can go with a third party website and pay them a certain amount of money a month to use their service or I can see if there is a WP plugin that supports this.

I’d also need to find a way to have tenants run credit reports online. Again not sure if there is something that has been developed for this on WP or if I need to go through a third party.

I’d appreciate any information I can get!
