Is there any way to separate the users favorites by each gallery?
Also, favorites remain under user profile even after the gallery is deleted. How can you clear existing user favorites?
]]>Hope this is the right place to post this request (first time doing it).
I’m trying to find a relatively simple way to create a proofing gallery in WordPress. Many of the plugins are limited in what they can do, and I have some specific requirements which I can’t seem to find a way to implement. What I’m looking for is:
– A gallery page with thumbnails and Lightbox image functionality
– On a per image basis, the ability to thumbs up (approve), thumbs down (reject) and favourite (star or heart for example) – ideally in both thumbnail and Lightbox
– The ability then to filter images by each of the categories (approved and favourited, approved only, rejected only)
– Ideally a way to export each of these into a PDF.
My situation is that I’m a working on a photographic project that involves consent for images to be used with the option to curate certain images for public use.
So far, the only proofing galleries I can see have a binary option – approve or nothing, which is a bit of a blunt approach when more nuanced responses are required.
I’m not a developer and wouldn’t know where to begin in coding a plugin like this, so I’m hoping that something exists which can meet these needs, or be relatively easy adapted.
Any ideas?
Best wishes,
Tom
]]>I do LIKE and WANT but don’t need a fancy album preview/proof with comments like this:
https://home.albumdraft.com/
WordPress is such a amazing tool, I’ve tried to find a plugin or anything that would let me upload just images, and let clients/user comment on each one. Not inside the image but could be under each one. So they can tell me what they want to change on the design.
Thanks!
]]>First of all, I must say I love the plugin. Thanks for the great work you’ve done.
However, I need advise about loading large amounts of images:
– It will be perfect If I could load the pics via ftp instead the visual wordpress interface.
– So I’m a professional photographer I usually charge a large amount of pics (optimized for web, as far as I can go without loosing quality). The problem I encounter is that every 140 – 150 pics seen, the zoomed browser gets stuck and I’ve to wait till the web processes all the information needed.
– Another improvement I find useful is that the images aren’t charge all at once when opening the gallery, it slows the page charge a lot when galleries are larger than usual.
Any advise about these issues so I can improve the performance of the plugin? I’ve done some improvement using wp total cache, but still not enough.
Anyway, congrats again for the great work you’ve accomplished.
Best regards!
Diego

]]>I’m finally getting ready to start playing with Sunshine. I have a few questions on the way that I want to use it and don’t seem to have the answers at my finger tip.
I want to use Sunshine Cart as a proofing site for my customers. So I want to be able to do the following:
– Have a customer only see their gallery
– Force them to a password required to see only their photos.
What I would like is the following in my Menu system
“Client Login” -> this page would take them to their private gallery based on their password.
Is this possible?
