Emails go into Gmail’s “Updates” tab – not seen by most.

Gmail lets people divide their inbox into different categories. My test emails arrive don’t arrive in the primary tab, but in the “Updates” tab, which I personally rarely look at and I expect that’s similar for other people.

Is there anything I can do that would make Gmail treat my newletter like an email I wrote directly to one person, and therefore arrive in the primary tab?

Hi, we are interested in your plugin and want to know what your experience is with emails ending up in promotions. Right now we use a newsletter service external to our site and all the emails end up in promotions on gmail. How does it work with your plugin? thanks

Emails go to promotions in Gmail

All the emails using this plugin go to the “promotions” tab in Gmail. I tried removing any images and links, but it still go to the promotions tab.

We I disable the plugin, then the emails go to to the “Primary” inbox.

I have tried everything, but I can’t seem to get the emails to appear in the “primary” inbox in Gmail.

I’m not sure if this is the intent of the plugin, but any help would greatly be appreciated.

Promotions channel option not showing for France

Hi there,

The FAQ, “Will my deals and promotions display on Google?” on your product info page (https://woocommerce.com/products/google-listings-and-ads/) says that this is currently only available in the US.

The Google Merchant Center Promotions feature is available in Australia, France, Germany, India, the UK, Canada, and the US (per https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/4588460).

My store is based in France. When will you make the Google Shopping promotions channel feature available to other supported countries (especially France!) ?

Support has bad attitude

Update: After using the paid version of this plugin for a year, I can say the support is poor. The plugin never updated correctly when we ran updates. I believe the same person that codes this is also handling support tickets and it’s a very small company. The support has a bad attitude from the start. They give 1-sentence answers and are not interested in helping the customer. They said we were trying to use the plugin on more than one site, which we were not. We only have a production and staging site. Once we cleared that up with them, it still never worked right. Due to their bad attitude towards customers we have decided to go with another provider. Don’t be surprised if they answer with a reply to this review explaining how they are right. This will only prove the point further. Who is paying who here? Our advice, stay away from this company.

Woo-commerce sales not working

I am using woo-commerce plugin and tried to set up a black Friday sale. I set the date for black Friday and the sale did not work or go off automatically like it was supposed to. I don’t know what it did not work. I set it up using variables for my jewelry business. I don’t know how to fix this or of there is a way to do so. Please let me know. Thank you.

Actually when the users buy a cupon they pay 120€ but we add 150€ to the cupon.
could we do this promotions using wallet?
