There are stored values in radio, select dropdown and text but upon trying to change them and save they revert to the previous values stored.
Maybe a conflict with a plugin or is there a known common problem?
many thanks for reading and helping in advance.
]]>I’ve installed Youzify v. 1.2.5. No caching WP plugin installed.
I’ve all tabs and widgets turned on by default, but don’t see them in user profile.
For example, I don’t see in user profile: overview, info, posts, comments, badges, bookmarks tabs.
I don’t know how to display profile information fields that I set in BuddyPress earlier. I can edit them but they don’t display anywhere in my profile for other users.
Some widgets don’t display. For example, Link, Services.
I can’t change some icons in user profile navigation menu. For example, Forums and Points icons don’t change but other icons can be changed.
I also don’t know where I can set left sidebar widgets in user profile such as: email, address, website, phone.
Could you help me please?
Regards, Alex
]]>However max char limit (massively important) – does nothing.
I can see in the support it’s long been an ongoing issue, I just guessed it would have been addressed so I installed it. This is a key driver for using the plugin, will it be fixed?
Any idea what’s causing the issue so that you could send a workaround or something? Seems like a great plugin otherwise so it’s a pity if it doesn’t work properly.
Kind regards
1. Several of the checkbox fields won’t allow them to select an answer,
2. After pressing submit, it deletes all of their information and forces them to start over.
I’ve disabled caching on my login, user, register, and account pages. And I have done a plugin conflict test with no success.
My site is suppose to go live next week!! Please help!
]]>The plugin is able to restrict users to browse members until approved. But intentionally I want to leave my members page public, this way, logged-out users can also see profiles that are not approved yet. is there any way to by default hide profiles that are not approved yet? so a new user can create and activate account but remain hidden from the members page and searches until approved.
Thanks
]]>This sounds like an awesome plugin I’m only not quite sure if it fits my purpose. Maybe you can help out.
I’d like to use it within buddyposs User profiles.
For example I have an artist buddyboss network.
Artist can show some personal information (Field Set 1) and they can also tell sth about their art. (Field Set 2)
Wenn it comes to art they should be possible to say sth about their art (paragraph field) but also display some images of their paintings. (gallery upload field).
Do you know if I can use it for that or if this needs extensive additional development?
Tank you for your help!
Natalie

]]>I have installed this plugin on a site and successfully created additional profile fields which display when a user creates an account.
I can see those fields in my WooCommerce members’ area when I’m logged in, but they do not appear on the user’s profile area in WP-Admin.
My client needs to be able to view the additional fields that customers have filled out – is there any way I can make these appear in the user area?
Thanks
Hannah
]]>I created an extra profile field (#1) and changed its status so it should be displayed in the registration form. However, it does not get displayed in the form, although I added the correct code (taken from the Newsletter Plugin website):
[newsletter_field name=”profile” number=”1″ label=”City”]
Instead of the field, I receive an error that the status of this field is set to “private” although this is definitely not the case. I checked this multiple times and changed the status settings back and forth. The field just does not get displayed in the form.
Hope someone can help figuring out what’s wrong. Is this a bug perhaps?
Thanks!
