I have two websites (kimiahogar.com and grupolumiares.com) using WooCommerce and BeTheme. Despite enabling product reviews in WooCommerce settings, reviews are not showing on product pages.

I have tried the following:

• Verified product review settings are enabled.
• Switched the theme to “Twenty Twenty-Four” to rule out theme issues.
• Disabled and re-enabled plugins.
• Cleared cache and used different browsers.

BeTheme support confirmed it’s not a theme-related issue and recommended contacting WooCommerce Support.

I installed the Site Reviews WordPress plug-in but unfortunately it appears that it is not SureCart “aware”. I added the reviews block to the product template and they do show up fine but It is not associating the reviews with the products.

I am hoping that there might be a good trick to make this plugin work with SureCart products. If there isn’t, a recommendation for another reviews plugin that works with SureCart will be greatly helpful.

I have a question regarding product reviews in Woocommerce. I only accept reviews from verified customers, who bought the product. But what happens, if someone checks out as a guest, but then tries to write a review later, on the product they bought? If they create an account using the same e-mail address they had made the purchase with earlier, can woocommerce link the new account with the previous order, so that they can write a review?

I would like to show the star rating (yellow stars) and the review count next to the starts under the price for each product on my shop page and category pages.

My theme is a blocks theme and uses the “Products (Beta)” block to display the products on the shop and category pages.

Strangely on my “Sale” page which lists all products on sale using the “% On Sale Products” block, this page is showing the star ratings, but only in black with no reviews count and I see no way to edit the colour of the stars nor any way to add the ratings count.

I thought there would be a simple and easy plug in to help manage this but can’t seem to find anything.

The site currently has some tests products and the “gift bag” product has a test review.

Any help would be much appreciated.

While it is not yet perfect for Woo (the Shopify product review module is far more advanced, with more features), it is close.

And the support is really great, really making the difference with all the other (many) plugins we tried and analyzed!
