Product Pages “No results found”

MAIN ISSUE:

When I click on a product in the grid displaying on my Shop page or Home page of my live site, it goes to a page that says “No results found”. It was displaying well a few days ago. The products pages are all live and enabled.

I have tried:

-Updating my theme.

-Updating all plugins.

Support issue: How can I get support if Woocommerce site will not allow me to submit a ticket? -I should be able to use woocommerce marketplace support as a paying customer but it tells me I need to activate my email. I have clicked the email I was sent in order to activate 5 or 6 times and it takes me back to the page that says to activate my email. This is a prerequisite to receiving support. I have tried having another activation email send 4 times and nothing has arrived in my inbox or spam. I have received emails from Woocommerce so it’s odd they need activation still.

Filters aren’t working at all

Although, the filters are not working.
‘Sale’ not working (Show no Results)
‘Price’ not working (Show no Results)
‘Color’ not working (Show no Results)
‘Size’ not working (Show no Results)
‘Categories’ not working (Not clickable / or missing a trigger or on-click action or something)

This happening both with the?Elementor ‘Product Archives’?and?‘Product’?widgets, and with the queries selected accordingly. (Before?it was working, just?didn’t show ‘no results’ message, now?it only?shows the?‘no results’?message. Quite ironic tbh)

Using Woocommerce, and Hello Elementor Theme. Everything is updated to the last version.
Also, no conflicts showing in log.

I am in WordPress
– Using Elementor as the builder
– Woocommerce as the store platform
– Themify Product Filter widget as the product filter in the product category template alocated to all product categories, only differing the products within each respective category.

Everything is working well.
The product filter is working good, filtering well.
Now, my problem is, when the filter parameters do not match with any product, for example:
– If there are NO product at 18$ and I set the filter for 18$ to 20$, or if I search for a product named ‘hbuwybeyfa37232h’ which does NOT exist, then, instead of showing me a message like ‘No products found’, it shows me all the products existing in my store, regardless of the category.

I can safely use PHP and HTML through CodeSnippets, or JavaScript through Essential Addons.

Please help me out.

I have urgent problems with my products, I currently have 525 products published in French and 525 English translations of these products
Only Woocommerce (see screenshot) shows me 1,106 published products and 1050 in all languages

Same when I go to category: I see 104 products in my category “Apartments & Shared Rentals in Marseille” (see second screenshot) and only 48 displayed when I select it.
Impossible to find them: in woocommerce multilingual, in exports….

And I think this is causing my problem to issue and breaking my layout.
Because these 56 unobtainable products may be duplicates of existing ones which serve as upsells to display the products on my general product sheet.

Quickly how my site works with woocommerce to better understand:
– Theme and constructor: hello elementor?+?elementor
– I have products that are updated via a plugin connected to my CRM (updating and sending data is done well)
– I have products that are “generic” products (example:?https://www.thecolivers.com/marseille/studio-fabrici-timone/) and other productswhich only serve as upsells of these generic product sheets (they are not indexed or accessible to visitors) just displayed on the generic product sheet as upsells via a module elementor Product grid which has the query upsells.
– These upsells serve as by-products to preserve a room for example: Studio Fabrici is the general one (does not exist for real) and Studio Fabrici 139 is a real room which is rentable.

When exporting products to update staging, there are 8 products that the export does not detect. Even in advanced mode the product search comes up with “No matches found”

Testing out a membership only site, courses are free for members. So I created a test member and when I go to the courses page it just shows

“no products were found matching your selection”

I do not have any shortcode in the page, it is a standard LLMS page.

All courses are set to “free” and “members only” but none show up on the courses page. The test member belongs to a membership that has access through the access plan for each course.

Problem with WooCommerce

Dear Sirs,
I’m Marco Marinai from Italy and I have a question for you.
I’m working on my web site (www.milamarchetti) and it’s under construction at the moment.
The theme I’ve chosen is Bridge (Qode), fully compatible with WooCommerce. I went through the plugin setting, then I created the product categories. Ultimately I uploaded about 70 products on WooCommerce and everything seemed to work fine.

Later on, though, WooCommerce started to have serious problems. In the “Shop” section I can still see all the images of the products that I uploaded, but when I click on any images the page related to that product won’t show up. I get the message “error 404 – page not found” instead. It looks like Woocommerce lost the product codes.

I checked the permalink and they are all correct. I tried creating a new product and a new category but that couldn’t fix the problem. Even if I create a new product and I preview it from the WordPress control panel the problem remains.

I also tried to uninstall WooCommerce and install it again. I can still view all the products but I keep having the same trouble.

Hi. I just upgraded wordpress to 3.9.2 and woocommerce to 2.1.12. Since the upgrade, using the product search feature returns the following error message:

Fatal error: Class ‘woocommerce_product’ not found in /home/natur104/public_html/herbal/wp-content/themes/abundance/woocommerce-config/config.php on line 316

Hi, I am using woocommerce for first time and am having an issue with product page. Here is what I’ve done so far to setup woocommerce for my custom wp theme:

1) installed latest(2.0.5) WC plugin and activated
2) in my functions.php file, I’ve added following lines:

Now I have everything setup for woocommerce. I have now added a couple of products in 2 categories, which are showing on shop page:
