]]>One of our simple products (peach kratom tea bags) shows up as three separate line items when selecting it for coupons, when adding it to orders on the backend, when checking analytics and stock, etc. On the products list on the back end, the tea has only one product ID. There is only one product page that shows up on the frontend shop page and in search results. It is offered on a subscription basis using WooCommerce Subscriptions and Subscription Force’s Buy Once or Subscribe. We can’t figure out why there seem to be extra versions of the product. No other products are showing up like this.
I’ve deactivated a number of plugins, but haven’t deactivated all of them because I’m worried about messing up our subscriptions. Thanks for your help!
]]>I have a problem with the parameter ID of “product” in the shortcode, it don’t show the reviews of the products IDs I write.
It works well with “current” but for example on a product page:
[cusrev_all_reviews sort=”DESC” sort_by=”date” per_page=”5″ number=”-1″ show_summary_bar=”false” show_products=”true” products=”20480, 12860″ shop_reviews=”true” number_shop_reviews=”-1″ inactive_products=”true” show_replies=”false” show_more=”5″ min_chars=”0″ avatars=”initials” users=”all” add_review=”true”]
Here it show the review of the current product which is 20480 but it don’t show review of product 12860.
Is there something I do wrong ?
]]>I found that if I add the text Product ID: ### to the description it is searchable but not if it is set in the SKU.
SKU may not be the best solution but basically we’d like a searchable ID number.
I’d like to have this as a separate field that I can put up by the title and breadcrumbs as meta information so it is unobtrusive on the page but yet searchable.
We are using Elementor to create our template for the single product pages.
]]>One of my websites generates a product ID in 3 digits in length. and another generates 4 digits.
How can I make my first website 4 digits product id? or even more like 5 or 6 is better.
]]>Now in the Condition tab, the logics for products are only status, stock, weight, width, hight, type, visibility, categories, tags, and shipping classes.
Can you please add the function to choose by the product id or title? Or how to write a small code snippet to do this function?
Many thanks!
