Hello! We have problem with Google for Woocommerce plugin, Overview is loading and don’t show anything, Account status no products, Feed Setup is showing wrong count of the products, and all products has issues.

The products don’t have any STATUS on it

I was wondering if can be defined in the back end for product feeds with google. its taking the short description from the variations but I want the main product description because its the main description.

my products are not approved on google merchant center, as per google support, plugin and theme coordination might be an issue, 3p store builder ???, so they cannot help

XML Feed not creating proper Description

Hi There,

I have been trying to set this up correctly for 2 days now. I have no syncing issues, products are being uploaded to pinterest. However, the descriptions it’s pulling are just attributes from my woocommerce products. It is skipping over the actual product description entirely and just pulling attributes from the variations to show that in the product pin on pinterest.

I have tried modifying both the plugin and my functions.php to try to resolve this, and to ensure it pulls the info from the short or long descriptions, and am having zero luck. Has anyone else noticed these issues?

I’m using woocommerce attribute swatches plugin as well. I don’t think this is interfering, but there is a chance. That being said, I would prefer not to go and deactivate that to test if unnecessary.

Is there a developer on here that has had this issue before and resolved it? Do you have suggestions on how I could approach this?

Here is a link to my feed file, to check it out. I will continue to work on it after posting this question, so it may be resolved by the time this is responded to.

Product Feed Pro – Pinterest Google Category

Hello, We are using the Pinterest feed and having problems getting the Google Product Category to upload successfully into Pinterest. Within FIELD MAPPING, the last PINTEREST ATTRIBUTE is g:google_product_category. In VALUE, when I enter ‘Google’ there is a choice ‘Google category (for rules and filters only). Where does this pull the category from? Or are we supposed to make a CUSTOM ATTRIBUTE and manually enter in the correct Google_product_category for each item in WC?

Custom feed no refresh/sync

Hi,

I’m contacting because I cannot find solution and I do not want to start looking for another plugin.

I’m having trouble to get simple custom product feed to sync/refresh and update with latest products. I cannot find any errors on log either. It just proccesses few seconds, says ready but feed is not getting updated.

Whenever I try to create new feed with same parameters, it starts endless process which is never finished.

How could I locate the issue that is causing it?

Problem with feed prices

Hi.
We have problem with Product Feed Manager for WooCommerce plugin. Our store is multicurrency and multilanguage. When we are creating feed for a Czech store where the currency is Czech crowns, the price is multiplied by the euro exchange rate, which is the default currency in the store. This is bad because prices are then dramatically inflated.

Importantly, we were able to notice that after updating the feed settings, the prices are good for about an hour/two, and then they are already displayed badly, because they are multiplied by the euro exchange rate. Why?
Is it a problem with some cache?
We can share access credentials to our admin panel and FTP.

We’ve tried hundreds of different combinations of add-on settings, disabled wprocket. Please help.
