Incomplete/missing data when product is downloaded

We have noticed in the database that in some occasions there are missing/incomplete data in the wc_download_log table when product is downloaded by a user. Similar entry is there in the table for correct download with another entry where user id is not captured. Please suggest how to stop this incidents.

Ive tried asking for support from WooComerce and they told me that they dont offer support for the free WooComerce plugin!
I`m selling an ebook through a WP page using WooComerce. In the beginning everything was working fine, buyers would receive an email when their order was processed with the link to download the book. Now this link is not showing in the emails and thus, buyers are not receiving the product! And when I try to send the link for the products, it shows a “403 Forbidden” message that says “Access to this resource on the server is denied!”.
I tried checking your instructions and the FAQ, I updated the product, re-uploaded the file. Nothing.
Im starting a new business because I lost my job and my income because of the Corona. With this, my clients wont trust me and I might even get bad reviews.
Can anyone please help?

I’m setting up a self-hosted blog for a fiber artist. She would like to sell patterns from her site and allow users immediate access to downloading the pattern. What’s the best way to do this?

She hasn’t decided on whether to use credit card capabilities or simply Paypal. Pros/cons, other than cost? Does WP provide credit card plugins?

I’ve found a blog that upon the user’s purchase click, completes the transaction through Ravelry.com. Anyone familiar with this?

Show Download List for the Customer After Login

I have installed the plugin and it sends username and password for the client via email.

But after log in customer only see a profile page.

Is there a way to display the product download links to the customer, so that they can download the purchased products by log in to the site?

Hello,

I’ve been testing my wp e-commerce shop and after having been faced with only one product that would lead to payment (the others would keep me on the same page), an update that resulted in a total mess up (cart would remain empty after clicking on pay), I went back to my original configuration and finally succeeded in buying a product. However, I never received a purchase confirmation even though I went into my admin and asked to resend the receipt.
Anyone has an idea?

I’m using WordPress 3.9.1 (just updated it today) and wp e-commerce version 3.8.13.3.

Unlimited product downloads and product file versions?

Hello,

So far I don’t see the possibility to offer unlimited product downloads or the ability to update the product file and still have it show up in the ‘your downloads’ section of the user’s account area. Say we have a PDF version 1.0 and we need to update it to 1.1 and want the users to be able to download the new version.

Thoughts?

Product Download issue

so far I love this plugin, it’s setting up nicely, but I am having an issue with the “Product Download” option… When creating a new product and using the “upload” option for the “Product Download”, after I save the product, I get this error in the Product Download box

“Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed

What I am noticing is the path where it is trying to read – wp-content/uploads/wpsc/downloadables/ does not match to where the file is uploaded – it’s being uploaded to wp-content/upload

What is causing this or how can I change the path

[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] Can't upload a file for product download

I can’t upload a file in the “Product Download” section. When hitting update/publish, I can see the form uploads the file, but then the box is empty.

The files I’m trying to upload are less than 5mb, and the max upload size indicated in that box is 7mb.

Anyone else having the same problem?
