Icons problems on top bar and admin panel in WordPress

Hello,
From few weeks my icons on Top Bar (phone, skype, facebook and other icons) does not show like icon, they show like empty box and when site is open from phone – shows like squares with X in side.
I tried to change the theme, but it is the same. I am not sure where is the problem because appears and in admin panel, so I think is something from wordpress.
I have read and try so many things but nothing happened.
Can you tell me where is the problem and how I can fix it ?

good evening. I have a problem with wordpress. I would need to create an image (or widget containing a picture) when you shake the image sidebar follows the rest of the web page. I tried to see around on different forums but it is explained very badly. I would kindly need all the detailed steps so that it can figure out how. Thank you.

Hi guys!

I have a huge problem:

it’s almost one week that I cannot load ALMOST all WordPress blogs, I receive this error message:

Connection Interrupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

This happens at work and also at home, but some friends don’t have any problems in loading it, all perfect.

At work, the IT guy told me that is for the “low quality” of the WordPress server, but I dont know what to do…I mean I have definitely to check and update some blogs (the “free ones” blablabla.wordpress.com)!

any ideas?!?
