How does anyone actually reach www.remarpro.com? I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that they don’t have a live chat support, or a way for people to actually contact them.

I created a www.remarpro.com account two days ago, and everything seems to be working well on my mobile device. However, it’s not the case using the same login details on my windows 10 laptop.

I get an error message saying the password entered is incorrect or the username is not registered, when it is I would love to use the login details as it is.

I have gone through most of the troubleshooting options on your forum, to no avail. Please help!

I have a client who had his site created a long time ago, and they’ve always used this plug in, with global variations. Basically he makes paintings and uses the global variations to showcase the paintings with his wood frames which he also makes. For some reason it has stopped working now which is very frustrating.

You can do all this with Freesoul Deactivate Plugins in preview mode, without showing to the rest of the world what you are doing, but most of all a lot faster than disabling plugins and switching to the default WordPress theme in a conventional way.

So, to check which plugin is causing issues on a specific page:

– Disable all plugins and select a default WordPress theme on the row related to the page you want to check
– Click on the preview icon
– If the problem is not solved, neither the plugins nor the theme are the guilties. Check the .htaccess file and reinstall WordPress after making a back-up
– If you don’t see any issues, go back to your theme and press the preview icon, and check if the theme is guilty
– Repeat activating a plugin after the other and checking the preview clicking on the preview icon until you don’t find the guilty

It has speeded up the site significantly with just one glitch because I was using the Uncode theme. There was a conflict which broke the headers using the Combine Javascript option.

On reporting the issue they have updated and fixed the problem within a week. That’s great problem solving and fast fixing in my experience.

Plus the support from Stanimir has been impressive – really responsive and helpful.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this plugin to speed your site up.
