My search results are showing \n\n within the search results content. It seems to come from places where there are headings and image buttons in the content.

The pages are built using the Cornerstone page builder with ThemeCo’s Pro theme.

I have used manual excerpts but this happens when the search result is quoting the relevant part of the content so the excerpt is not being used.

I hope you can help as I have spent time getting this search facility set up and would really like to resolve this snag.

Activate Pro License

How do you activate a pro license that has expired? Example, I purchase a 5 site license that expires in a year on 11/30/2019. So today, that license has now expired, but I didn’t activate 4 of my licenses on any sites yet. How do I activate that? I don’t care about the updates and support. I just need to get the pro features I paid for on those additional sites.

I tried this plugin today with Themeco’s PRO Theme, i was using the Theme’s page editor and when changing one SVG image for another the content of the page i was working on was completely cancelled. Not even page history remained.

Mesmerize License Key

I purchased Mesmerize Pro back in late 2017, early 2018. Today I updated Mesmerize Pro to version 1.6.129 and it is asking me for a license key. I believe I remember when I originally bought the theme there was no license key associated with the theme. However, they were working on it. I never thought anymore about it until now. Anybody else out there that has ran into this issue? How did you find your license key? I’m a little nervous because I checked my emails and I can’t find any receipt or anything showing where I bought the pro version. So I’m not sure how I can verify my purchase years later if they will have to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I realize this is the ‘free’ version, but it looks and feels like a pro version. The ability to load several types of demo content is a huge plus so you can see what it looks like before using it. Also comes with SiteOrigin. Both AccessPress and SiteOrigin have great support for free users so this is really big for me.

Highly recommended!

Hi everyone,
I am Sarah and I’m pretty new to the whole creating a website with WordPress thing. A friend and I want to start a blog and we bought a domain and installed WordPress, so far so good. I’ve also played around with it a little and know some of the features. I bought a pro theme and I wanted to upload the demo content so it’s easier for me to customize the page. But it doesn’t seem to be working and the recommandation is to upload it to a freshly installed WordPress. Well I installed WordPress a while ago, played around a little with the free version of the theme and made some settings. Now I bought the pro version, also did some work but now wanted to upload the demo content and it just doesn’t work. Is it possible to kind of reset WordPress to its settings it had in the first place? But will I lose the bought pro theme then or can I install it once more with the bought key?
I will be thankful for any tips on this, thank you very much!!

Hi,

I would like the first name and name fields to be on the same line.

I am using the Pro Theme of Themeco. I have been in touch with them to solve the issue but they couldn’t help:

“This looks like a conflict between the theme and plugin. I’ll add this to our issue tracker for further checking.

Unfortunately, there is no working workaround as I tried them as of this moment. It could be a conflict with enqueue, which I may not able to alter since we don’t know the plugin enqueue its own scripts and stylesheets.”

The same form works fine on another, more recent Pro site.

OceanWP Theme is a game changer. With this theme MANY themes can be made. Simply lay down your ground work and add or subtract as needed. Coupled with Elementor it is possible to build landing pages, click funnels, make reusable templates – you name it. I find myself constantly coming back to this template time and time again. Every theme I have ever used always has that one or two features you wish it had but it just doesn’t. With OceanWP it is possible to add those features. Is there a learning curve? Yes. But it’s worth it. You can potentially save hundreds of dollars using this theme. Just ask anyone who uses it – this is true.

Widgets on live sit disappear when using switch for admin

Hi,

I followed the instructions and selected another theme to be shown only to admins.
But the widgets that were in custom sidebars of the active theme disappear even for the logged out users. This makes the plugin unusable. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
