Hello! I’ve just installed your plugin, and wondering how this feature “Notify users when products’ pre-order periods are over and they’ve become fully available” works on the FREE version? Is the text customisable? How can I see what the message looks like? I can’t see anything in the settings regarding this feature.

Refunded products pdf invoice automatically disappears on status change. How do I stop this from happening as I want a pdf invoice to show up for refunded orders too.

I would like to alter this option from the settings on specific pages.
In some pages, I want to highlight only the first. And in some, I want to highlight all.
Is it possible by means of custom CSS or JS to override the general settings on specific pages?

Good, but buggy and missing templates (pro user)

I just bought the pro version of the plugin, because the customer liked the “Alcor” style template.

After installing pro version, I only have 7 templates to choose from. What happened to the rest of all the advertised templates?

So far no response from customer service…

I saw dokan pro features package such as starter, professional, business and enterprise. Why package are different? Can’t I get all preminum features in only one package. And then, I’d like to know update and support is only for one year?Do I need to pay for every year to get update and support? I’d like to know exactly why and how different?
