I now need Priority Support to correct this issue. However, I am unable to login. This means that I am also unable to download any other Add-ons. Please assist.
]]>I know this isn’t the ideal place for raising a priority supprt issue, but I am not getting any response from either the priority support or the contact pages on the website.
About a month back I was in contact with someone, but they stopped communicating and subsequent support requests have only resulted in a receipt to say a ticket has been raised.
I understand it can take a couple of days but it has quite a bit longer.
My issue is this. I have the Plus bundle as purchased this time last year, which I understand gives access to all the add ons, but the licenses on the website under my dashboard say they expie at different times some this week, some next year and some appear to have expire last year.
This has all come to light after an update to the latest version of GiveWP on my website which now says some of my licenses are invalid.
Since my renewal is imminent I desperately need some supprt to understand what licences I do and don’t have and how much the renewal is going to cost.
I am becoming increasingly concerned that a $$$ renewal fee will result in me receiving not a lot.

I’ve bought the yearly subscription with all the plugins and priority support but i cannot find any way to contact the priority support desk. To figure out how to contact priority support i have emailed you yesterday but i have not received any response yet. Maybe i should have email priority support to get a faster response. 
Anyway: The CTA Bar not working on pages with Custom AMP Editor content. If i have Custom AMP Content on a page the CTA Bar does not work. If i do not have Custom AMP Content on a page the CTA Bar does work.
]]>We have both attempted to contact Users Ultra through their contact form and even opened a ticket. Still there is no obvious link or location to receive this ‘priority support’. Trying to post into the forums seems to fall flat as well because it states I need to be logged in before I can post a new topic or reply to a existing topic…even though I am logged on.
This plugin has a ton of potential, but the lack of support, EVEN WHEN THE EXTRA MONEY IS PAID FOR PRIORITY SUPPORT, makes me question their ethics.

We contacted support before about this issue.
When we have a subscriber, they are being charged, they show up on stripe, but they are not showing up on our give report.
All of our subscribers show that they only have once, even though their donation is active. How can we fix this?
