Hi gang! My client is having an issue when printing her “New Customer Orders” (WooCommerce). She uses Outlook at the office, and based on our tests, the problem lies with Outlook and not her printer. On top of that, it’s a PRINT SHOP, so she definitely knows how to use her printer settings. We’ve tried everything. Only the WooCommerce emails (not other emails) print huge, spanning 4 to 5 pages (double-sided). I’m sending you some pictures. When we print the same email using Gmail, it comes out normal. I’m at a loss here. Any ideas?? TIA

Whenever they attempt to print entries from WP Forms via Safari Web Browser, the content of the forms does not print. It works fine in Chrome.

Merge (Print) does work with HPOS

When someone views the Terms & Conditions popup, https://excelyourrevenue.com/checkout/, everything looks fine and there is an option to print. Even though all the content of this page shows on screen to read, there are two odd things happening when you try to print it.

The document seems to have all the data there, but a bunch of extra spaces and line breaks are added. Makes it look like data is missing.
Sometimes when you click print the document doesn’t appear. Just a picture of the pop up window. It seems to go away if I scroll to the bottom of the terms and click the print button again.
