2 Themes, 1 Primary Widget Area, 2 Results

Hello Everyone!

Long time ago, I made a theme with Artisteer 3. Now, I want a different theme to re-haul my site, again using Artisteer 3 (same version).

My new theme works great in all but one area: the Primary Widget Area. All text in this area has large spaces in between words that I do not want. The text alignment is probably at Justify, but there is no Justify anywhere in the CSS. All the blocks in this widget are justified, but not my titles, footers, headings, postcontent, etc.

Anyway, I would like to compare the code of the two themes because my old theme works just fine, but I do not know where the code for the primary widget area is. Would anyone mind pointing to where the code for the primary widget area so I could make an accurate comparison?

Thank you!

PS: I ask because the CSS code of the two themes are organized very differently so I’m unable to make a 1-on-1 comparison. Thank you!

Primary Widget Area Dropped to Bottom of Home Page

After upgrading to 3.6.1 last night, my home page now has placed the Primary Widget Area at the bottom of the page. My blog posts can be quite long, so this is not good for me. On every other page it remains at the top of the page where it’s always been.
How can I move it back to the top on this home page?
Also, there were ‘previous post’ and’next post’ links (in blue) at the top of this home page – they too have disappeared and I want them back.

Any suggestions? Website is ‘myvagabondways.com’

Side Widgets Have Disappeared

I updated my site to the latest 3.6.1 version last night, and now all my side information has gone – I had 8 widgets in the primary widget area (eg: Social Media, Search, Recent Posts, Archives, Categories etc. – Even the Meta widget where I log in has gone).
Can anyone explain to me in plain English how I can get that stuff back?

PS: At the same time I installed an ‘anti spam filter’ plug in which crashed my site – I had to call my webhost to get it back again. What is going on with WordPress?

My site is called ‘myvagabondways.com’ if anyone needs to have a look to see what I mean.

Primary Widget Area not displaying on homepage

Hello everyone.

I am having great difficulty with understanding how to rectify this problem and i was wondering if anyone else had experienced the problem.

I am using “simple social icons” to provide links to various social media sites. Initially i wanted the “Social Media Icons” in the header beneath the navigation links, but i could not figure out how to do that.

I placed the plugin in the “Primary Widget Area’ and on my pages it displays fine however on the websites homepage it does not display at all.

does anyone have any ideas on how to rectify this issue?

I am working on an MAMP server so i cannot share a link

Trouble with Deleting Widgets

For some reason, even though my Primary Widget Area appears to be empty of widgets, a few still appear on the site.

I believe that, rather than dragging the default widgets found in the Primary Widget Area back over to the Available Widgets area, I inadvertently deleted them.

I am using the Twenty Ten theme.

Can anyone tell me how to remove them?

*I will have an English menu on English pages and Japanese one on the others.

i got problem on twentyten theme particularly on the primary widget area. i have 15 post already and on the second page, the widgets are displaying below the post not on the side.
