I wanna add some custom buttons in primary menu of my website that link to external sites. I am using generatepress theme. I did it using generate blocks(container) but it is not good for mobile view. I am using off canvas menu in mobile. those buttons appear between logo and off canvas menu button in mobile view. how can I add those buttons only in desktop and hide on mobile?

I wanna add social icons in primary menu of my website. I am using generatepress theme. I did it with element(hook) “after primary menu”. it is good for desktop but not for mobile. I already add social icons for mobile in off canvas menu with element. Now, how can I do it for desktop only?

Mobile Menu Adding Pages Not Defined in Primary Menu

This is a first for me with menu weirdness. I’m working on a site for a house painter and have put together 2 pages so far. I’m checking the layout on a tablet and iPhone and I noticed that the mobile menu for both is including a 3rd page (the default Astra Sample page). My Primary menu only has the home and services pages saved, so I don’t know where the mobile menus would be picking up the sample page. LMK if you need additional information.

For some reason my main menu shows every page i have as a seperate menu item in desktop view. I don’t know what i changed and i want to take it back. If i look at generatepress -customizer, i see in my menu only specific items. Not every page. How to fix it?

Can’t change Primary Menue

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to change the menu items in my primary menu. I’m using Astra theme. I can’t seem to add any new items. I currently have two items. You can see they are added in the menu editing section, but they don’t appear on the front end of the website.

I’ve cleared cache many times, opened in incognito, used a different browser, tried it on my mobile, increased the width of the menu area, increased the width of the page, but still no joy.

Any thoughts? Would appreciate your help, thanks.

Menu color in Header not changing – Transparent header change not working

I change the primary menu color and publish. I want it white colored It shows me it’s changed but does not on the page. I tried to make just the header white and could not do that either.

I am told to go to:

you use the transparent header. There are extra settings for this in the customizer.

Customizer->Header Builder->Transparent Header->Design to change it. But when I go there – I see no option to change. Just the same color text options that I already used.
