I downloaded the Phone order plugin, and I do not have pro. I tried to place a phone order for an existing customer who has its own discounts on different products that is already added in their customer card in woocom.
However, when using the phone order plugin, I needed to plug in all the discounts manually, which is very time consuming, especially given I have added this the the buyer before.
Do you know if this feature will be unlocked if i purchase pro? That existing price plans for individual buyers will be added automatically when placing phone orders for existing buyers?
I am trying to apply a cost for the print colors as well as a discount based on quantity.
For example, I am trying to accomplish something like the following:
T-Shirt (base) - $4.99
Print Colors (Front) - 1 (selected option) - $7.99
Print Colors (Back) - 1 (selected option) - $14.99
Total - $27.97/ea
So, I have been able to accomplish the above using PPOM For Woocommerce without issue. The problems arise when I try to combine this type of product with quantity-based discounts using the Price Matrix field.
Issue #1: I am unable to set a quantity based discount only when the “Front Print Colors” or “Back Print Colors” options have a specific value.
i.e.
I have a Price Matrix field entitled "Front Print Color Quantity-Based Discount - 1 Color." This field is designed to provide a specific discount based on the quantity, but I only want to apply the discounts featured in this matrix only if the user has selected a value of "1" for the field "Print Colors (Front)."
I have set the following conditions up with this field:
SHOW only if ALL of the following matches
PRINT COLORS (FRONT) is 1
I have also setup the pricing matrix for this field as follows:
0-16 0 [label] 0_16_
16-23 2.59 [label] 16_23_
...
One would think that the discounts would only be applied if the value of Print Colors (Front) was set to 1. However, if I set the quantity to 16, the discount is still applied, making the conditions useless for this field.
Issue #2: I am unable to set a discount only on the options, leaving the base in tact.
In my current example, my client wants to leave the cost of the base (t-shirt) in tact at all times and only discount their printing costs. I current have the options to set "Discount On?" to "Base & Option" or "Only Base." Why not enable the ability to discount "Option Only?"
we have some products with ppom-options. At product page, the price is correct calculated. But after add to cart, the price is wrong.
For the example URL pls. check with t-Shirt at option “Motiv/Produktauswahl”.
The price at product page is 16,90 EUR, but in cart it is only 2,50 EUR.
It seems, that the wrong price matrix is used, because some extra charges are calculated.
WC 3.7.0, WP 5.0.6 / 5.2.3, ajax for cart is disabled, flatsome theme, ppom 18.5, ppom pro 15.6
basically I am trying to migrate my current webshop based on modified ecommerce to a brand new woocommerce shop.
Everything is fine except the product customization. The old shop gave me the opportunity to create options for products without creating any new variations with different SKU/IDs. The benefit from that solution is, that the options are just information. Otherwise due to the amount of opportunities the customization is giving us, we would have for a product over 100 000 single variations.
Is there any chance to build a product site incl. configurator like the following one: www.spiegelid.de/noemi-badezimmerspiegel-mit-led-beleuchtung
In addition the options “width” and “height” have a pricematrix (pricetable) which is getting imported with a csv file.
Moreover the options do have dependings. Like, if a specific value from one option is chosen, another optionvalue from a different option is getting excluded.
Is there any chance to combine these solutions without much coding? The most important thing is, that i do not want to edit some core data to keep the update ability.
Looking forward for your help and sending kind regards.

Hello, I use PRICE MATRIX plugin to display price information in a WooCommerce product page. The plugin has to be enabled on each product page by checking a box. But every time that I upgrade the information of the product I need to enable again the plugin…
Is it possible to add some sort of code to the product template page so it activates permanently the plugin functionality for products already created and for the one that will be added to the website?
Thanks,

We have a client using the latest version of WP and your fantastic price matrix plugin (thank you for the hard work!).
However, when updating to the latest Woocommerce version (v2.4.3), the matrix isn’t showing on the front end at all.
Do you know if there will be an update to your plugin to make it compatible with this WC version, or if there are any known problems you’ve heard about relating to this update and the price matrix plugin?
Thanks
