When I add a product to the cart with a selected add-on, it added to the cart including the add-on. The strange part is that the product price and the product subtotal displayed in the cart are the product base price. I am expecting the add-on price to be added to the product price, or at least, to the product subtotal.
The thing is that the cart subtotal is correct. It has the product price plus the value of the add-on, so at the end, the total is correct, but I find the product side of the cart a little confusing.
I already tried using only woocommerce and the add-on plugin with the same result. The interesting part is that this is a staging website. In the live website I am using older versions of all the plugins and wordpress and the problem with the subtotal in the cart does not happen.
Keep in mind that I’m not using ajax add-to-cart feature.
I just want either to know if you know about an issue related to this or if you have some technical suggestions of what the cause (other than possible plugin or template conflict) could be and, may be, some tips to where to look and what to change to troubleshoot the problem.
]]>I don’t know how to use this plugin and there are no videos to help that I can find.
What I’m trying to achieve should be quite simple. I need a total cost at the end of the form which shows the price according to the selection of a dropdown with 6 options. Each option has its own price. Then I need another dropdown where if either of the options are selected, it adds a separate price for each.
Then I need a payment gateway where the money is held until the project is complete (2 weeks), after which time the customer will release the money.
Many thanks in advance
Tim
]]>CURCY - Multi Currency for WooCommerce
on our website, with only two Currencies PLN [Default] and EUR. When we change the Currency to EUR, the calculated new Price is not correct even though the Exchange Rate
determined by the Plugin is Correct?
Interestingly, we are using an other Plugin Flexible Shipping
and have applied some rules to calculate the ‘Shipping Cost’ based upon these rules [Price in PLN] – Correct Exchange Rate
is applied on the values!
I will really appreciate an early response from you or some other Community Member having faced this issue and able to resolve.
Note: We are using the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and v2.2 of the Plugin – PHP version is 7.4.x though.
]]>is there a way to create a automatic price calculation based on the input of the zip code?
Or to create a automatic rule. If the customer enters his address the plugin calculates the distance between him and the company address.
For example:
distance below 10km: 20€
distance between 11 and 50km: 50€
above 51km: 80€
Thank you for your help!

]]>I found an issue when you have a product with a variation at a saled price and a field with pricing rule.
As you can see on the example page, when you select the “Red” variation, the regular price is 10€ and the sale price is 7€. When you check the “Book” or “DVD” box, the regular price AND the sale price become the same. When you uncheck everything you have the same issue : the sale price is not right.
But everything seems to be OK in the cart, it’s seems to be a an issue just on the product page.
Thank’s a lot !

]]>I use a plugin to insert addons fields to the product total (Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce By StudioWombat).
When I click on add to cart the product will be added to the sidebar cart and shows the correct product price including the addons price and the sidebar cart total is correct.
But if I reload the page the sidebar cart forgets the correct product price and shows it without addons.
The strange thing is that the total sum of the mini-cart is correct showing the total price including addons.
Thanks for helping.

I’ve followed it exactly as the setup i was trying was not working so thought I was doing something wrong.
I’ve disabled all plugins other than woocommerce and CPO and set the theme to storefront and no change. The calculation just doesn’t happen.
Spent hours on this, watched videos, read the documentation. It should be working but just doesn’t. Need help on this ASAP
