I purchased this app last year and give it a test run. I run a site for tarot and astrology and so have lots of media, e-books, videos and charts that I need to keep organized in the backend and this app has helped me to do just that – stay organized.
I can quickly find whatever I need by searching my named folders. This saves SO MUCH time from searching through all the media, documents etc. You could probably even use to keep invoices from your site if you have invoicing.

After a year of use, it has helped me so much that I renewed.
Additionally, the customer service it top notch. They respond quickly and professionally.

I would highly recommend this app if you’re tired of searching for stuff in your dashboard. Get this, create some folders then organize!

Export Control Not Working

I’m trying to do an export of all the 301 redirects setup using the included functionality, but when I attempt I get an error message saying the page isn’t working. Anyone know what the issue may be? Alternate option is what are the database tables being used by the plugin where this data is being stored? I can just export it from the database directly if I knew that information.

So I am a new customer of this authors plugin.
I installed the free version and had some issues and the way Karina supported me by logging in and fixing it for me in the back end till it worked to my liking on a FREE version was so amazing I purchased the pro version.
This is the way a plugin author should handle their customers

I am a free user of Folders. Paid $0.
I encountered a bug – I assumed it was my fault! Some kind of conflict between plugins or something. Who knows?
Not only was I contacted BY A HUMAN from Premio.io, but she asked if she could solve the issue for me – via TeamView or by me inviting her to my website as a user. Before I could respond, their techs had created a patch and emailed it to me. Again, proactively, the Customer Success Manager reached out to ensure that the problem was able to be solved. And it was!!!

All this for a free user?! Too good to be true? Believe it. I can’t say enough about what this kind of service and attention means to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

And the plugin itself is pretty darn nice as well!!!! Great work Premio team!

Where do I start? the plugin is great & easy to use. It does exactly what it says it does. The customer service is spot on. I had a small problem with the plugin and their customer service was more than helpful in fixing it and releasing a bug fix for the community. It’s that sense of community that made WordPress what it is today and its good to see Premio listening to users feedback to make a better product.
