(The color combianation is only temporary)
In this case I have used a background image with a very light texture, but it happens with any background color you set. I didn’t find anywhere how to disable this behavior. It seems to be specific of GeneratePress.
]]>The WordPress editor gives the option of “preformatting” the text. Using the option, the highlighted text gets into a box, which helps in highlighting the text.
the problem is that in mobile, the preformatted text is not wrapped and thus, the reader is compelled to scroll horizontally to slide the text for reading – it is spoiling the reading experience.
Please suggest a solution to wrap the preformatted text.
Thanks!
]]>As you can see, on this page it’s fine.
But, on this page, the preformatted text box and the featured image merge.
WordPress have said that:
“Portrait images are displayed aligned to the right within the text. There isn’t a way to force or change that in the theme, so to avoid it, the only way forward would be to use landscape Featured Images only.”
Is there a way to stop preformatted text merging with portrait featured images? Or, if not, a way to force portrait images above text?
Cheers!

preformatted texts are too small and not clear. I just want to remove the background and make the font clear.
Help me out.
