Hi Folks

We are currently using a competitor caching plugin but we are having lots of problems with their pre load functionality. Our website has currently 15,000 urls, and we want to know how long it will take to pre load these.

We are using a good dedicated server.

Remove or Edit Visual Portfolio Logo on Pre-Load

I’m using Visual Portfolio as an image gallery in my website and during the pre-load you can see the “V” logo. I would like to remove it or at least make it look aesthetic (it’s too small and sometimes jumps around from the side to centre).

I have attached a link with one of the galleries as an example but this happens in each of the 4 pages where I’m using Visual Portfolio.

I’m using Elementor free.

Preload key request feature not working?

I have 3 urls I have included in the preload key requests section on the extra tab…

However lighthouse is still saying to preload these key requests. Are you able to suggest what I might be doing wrong?

Pre-load + back-up error

Hi, I am using the WP-Optimize plugin and try to run the pre-load caching , but I keep receiving an error: ‘An unexpected response was received.’

Also I try to make a back-up with Updraftplus but it suddenly stopped without giving a notification.

I have a feature request/feedback.

It would be great if there was a feature to set the time of day for the scheduled pre-uploads.

My site takes a long time to pre-load all my pages and it chokes my server TTFB while doing so.

I’m trying to enable the Pre Load feature but when I clikc “run now” option it shows “An unexpected response was received”. Console tab is clear also.

Preload CF7-form with data from CFDB

Is there an “easy” way to pre-load CF7-fields with data from a set of data from another CF7 stored in CFDB? Ie. the user enters a unique identifier in the new form – the form looks in CFDB for the identifier and retrieves 3 related field values?

Any plans for supporting Super Forms from Feeling4design ?
It’s a very nice formbuilder, with great potential.

Images loading and initially covering the page

Hi there, the issue I have is that the images are loading into the slider and down the page initially. This means that for a few seconds the images cover the page and it doesn;t look great. I thought the slider was lightweight, and that the images would be pre-loaded before they showed?

I have this issue on a number of my sites. I am loving the plugin, and am thinking about buying the full version, but I can’t see the point in upgrading if ‘lite’ version has such an obvious issue?

Does WP Super Cache have a minify feature & should you use preload w/Cloudflare?

Hi,

I have been using W3 Total Cache, but have switched to WP Super Cache for my current site (www.opticallock.com). My question: is there a minify feature in WP Super Cache? It doesn’t appear there is, but the reason that I ask is that Pagespeed seems to think everything is being minified. I am also using Cloudflare and can just minify there, but I don’t want to turn CloudFlare minify on if there is a minify function in Super Cache that I’m not aware of as this can cause issues.

My second question is whether or not it’s advisable to use the Super Cache Pre-load function along with something like Cloudflare.
