We’re having a problem with our podcast formatting in Apple Podcasts on iPhone and Stitcher. The episode notes get cut off with this symbol […], which looks clickable but is not – neither on Apple Podcasts nor Stitcher.
And on iPhone, above the Episode Notes section, there’s a preview of our blog post text (where we use the PowerPress plugin to publish the podcast episode) and clickable text that reads “more.” When you click “more,” the blog post text is one giant paragraph and has none of the proper formatting.
Our podcast technical producers looked at the back end of our feed and said it looked improperly formatted, but they couldn’t tell why. They recommended I reach out to plugin support directly.

Stitcher: https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/ali-brown/glambition-radio
Apple podcasts: GlambitionRadio.com
I have a client who is using Podcast with Spotify . I have been googling and came across your plugin for WordPress.
Client’s new website is designed in WordPress. I need to be able to incorporate link to a current podcast which is in Spotify.
I am not sure how to do this, and whether your plugin does this.
Do we have to convert to Powerpress ?
If anyone can help with advice etc would be great.
Regards
Kristin
“When I was reviewing your RSS feed, I noticed that the image information within does not appear to be correct.
You have one image tag with an incorrectly sized icon:

BeerGuysTV Podcasts

and then you have another image tag that has a link that gives a 404 error:
<itunes:image href=”https://37.60.229.236/~beerguys/wp-content/uploads/powerpress/BGTV_Podcast_Logo-340.jpg” />
I would recommend reaching out to your podcast host provider to see if they can assist you with updating your image tags. ”
I don’t see anywhere in the PowerPress plugin where I can change this. The only way I see to upload an image is in the Artwork tab and I don’t see any place to change settings.
Does the plugin automatically create the image thumbnail sizes for iTunes or is that something that WordPress handles? Is there a guide that tells me what sizes iTunes is looking for for all the image sizes they need? How would I remove these tags in order to get the image to update?
I’ve tried deleting the cache using WP Super Cache, as suggested somewhere else, but this does not help.
As a result (at least I think the two things are connected, they may not be), the Powerpress player is not showing up on the webpages for individual podcast episodes.
thanks in advance for any help
I can’t change audio player look (version) on POWERPRESS plugin, I want the “1 pixel out Audio player” I select it and configure options right and then when I load it on my page,
my web shows the “MediaElement.js Media Player (default)…the one by default…black and so long
Why is that?
Someone can help me ?
