What sizes should images be? Is there a plugin I’m missing?

Using WP 3.5.1 on all sites.

Does anyone know of a fix to make this plugin work again (I would prefer) or does have anyone have another alternative that does the same thing?

Please note, no MU plugin. All my wp blogs have their own domain.

However, does anyone know of a way post the actual text of the article on your blog instead of a link. Also, is there a way to add text to it (as in a regular post)

I’m starting a blog to chronicle the articles I write – many of which are posted other websites as editorial content. What would be the best way to present them? Can I embed them in a post some how or would it be best to just link to them? How do I do any of this.
