I need some guidance or help. Every time I attempt to add a pre-designed blog block in my website. Only the title ‘Latest News’ appears and no option to add posts or images is given. ‘No posts found’ appears instead.
I really need some help ASAP. As I haven’t been able to make progress.
Thanks in advance.
Al
Using the site search, I have searched for “utopia” and “launch” but this post doesn’t come up in either of those queries. (It can not be found in the admin, either.)
Any ideas? Thanks for any help you can offer.
]]>The path it shows is: https://<ip>/lhi/index.php/mdocs-posts/doc_title/
I searched and can’t find a mdocs-posts folder anywhere. Since it comes after the index.php, I’m guessing is some sort of virtual folder that doesn’t really exist?
Can anyone help me out with this? MDoc works great except for that one problem.
Thanks,
Chris
]]>EDIT – I JUST BOUGHT THE PRO VERSION and its woring well thank you
I would like www.sitename.co.uk/parent-category/child-category/name-of-post. In this case www.powdigitalcamp.co.uk/projects/roman-road-london/workshop.
My permalink setting is on Custom with /%category%/%post-name%/ and the permalink on the post shows correctly eg www.powdigitalcamp.co.uk/projects/roman-road-london/workshop.
However when I click View Post, it says not found.
It’s very strange as I’ve done this with several websites and its working fine for those.
THINGS I HAVE ALREADY CHECKED:
I have a Yoast plugin. When I set it KEEP Category base from URL, the *category* URLs work eg www.powdigitalcamp.co.uk/category/projects and www.powdigitalcamp.co.uk/category/projects/roman-road-london BUT the *post* URL (www.powdigitalcamp.co.uk/projects/roman-road-london/workshop) still says not found
When I set it the Yoast plugin to REMOVE Category base from URL, the *category* URLs DON’T work and I get ‘oops not found’ message for both the *category* URL and the *post* URL.
However, I have disabled YOAST completely and still have get ‘post not found’ when a category is selected (though this doesn’t explain why ‘stripping’ category from base is not working correctly for Yoast).
Posts are only selected with either the child or parent category, not both.
I have replicated this in another website I built using Sydney and it works fine.
When I unselect the categories, my post displays correctly.
I have deactivated my ‘Redirection’ plugin. In fact I have deactivated everything except for Askmet, Contact Form 7, Site Orgin Widget Bundle and Pagebuilder by Origin.
Any help much appreciated as I’ve been on this for five hours now!
Thanks

I tried troubleshooting this issue with the theme developer, but even switching to twenty-fourteen and switching off other plugins does not result in a solution. I need more detailed help.
Thanks.

It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching, or one of the links below, can help…
This error can be seen at: https://blog.woodsmansinternational.com/www.woodsmansinternational.com
Also: when I went to deactivate my plugins, I saw that I have 4 plugins which are all set to inactive. I saw another plugin called “Drop-ins”. That plugin does not give me the options of making it inactive. Could this be my problem and the problem of others that receive that error message?
