I have created a shipping zone for one region in my country (Netherlands). Our zip code consists of 4 numbers and 2 letters. If I register a wildcard for this region 2900**…2999**
everything works except the zip codes in the last numerical range “2999AA – 2999ZZ” how can I fix this?
We’ve had two failed orders today, both since updating woocommerce and woocommerce payments. The two orders were attempted through Apple Pay – the messages displayed are…
“A payment of £25.00 failed. We couldn’t verify the postal code in the billing address. If the issue persists, suggest the customer to reach out to the card issuing bank.”
and
A payment of £25.00 failed to complete with the following message: The zip code you supplied failed validation.
The postcodes supplied by the customers are valid and formatted correctly. The customers have seemingly still been charged (showing on their bank statements) despite the order failing both from what we can see and what was shown to them.
Help much appreciated
Thanks
]]>Does anyone know of an online tool / plugin / anything whereby you can draw an area or zone on a United Kingdom map and it outputs a list of postcodes (that can then be used in Woocommerce)?
Thanks
]]>I have an issue in WooCommerce. Dash “-” symbol not recognized in zip codes (post codes) for delivery calculations.
Zip codes (post codes) contain dash “-” symbol, like LV-1050 are not recognized… But if it is entered without dash “-” symbol, works fine! But by default I must have them with dash “-” symbol, as it is customary in my country.
How it is possible to make WooCommerce recognize both types of zip codes (post codes)?
Thank you.
]]>in fact customers have to put “CH-” before their post code from switzerland, if they don’t add this it doesn’t work
same for spain, they have to put S- before post codes
my customers don’t know about this so they think they can’t order on the site because it doesn’t work for their ” normal” postcode without the letters
what shall i do ??
thanks
]]>I started using this plugin for PayPal payment option. It works like a charm when it comes to paying via PayPal. But there are some strange problems when customer wants to pay via credit card.
There is Post Code and Phone numer fields that are required.
Phone numer validator works super strange and sometimes me and my customers cant type any number that is ok. I presume that US numbers are ok, but not all my customers are from US. It’s good to mention that Ireland doesnt have post codes, so it is super strange that this plugin requires this values.
Of course I have unticked “Require Phone Number” box in plugin settings.
Can I disable them in any way, to let my internation customers paying by Creadit Card?
]]>“You must enter a value in the Zip code field.”
Presumably, this should read:
“You must enter a value in the Post Code field.”?
Do the other form field errors translate correctly? Might be worth checking those too.
Thanks.
