Portfolio post problem with block design

Hi Rara Themes.
I would like to create my portfolio post a little richer, adding text, gallery and so on using the block editor from WordPress. I want that when a user click on an item on the home page is redirected to the portfolio post and here I have several items like gallery, text etc.

At the moment, I can only create a post with a single image and some text. Every additional image I add is not displayed. There is a way to do that or there is a specific requirement for the image size?

Portfolio Type

Hi,
After updating to the latest version of Pinnacle theme you’ve changed the way the Portfolio Post pages look. You used to be able to define the Portfolio Type in the right menu but now that option is not there.
I can see the separate page with all my Portfolio Types and add new ones but I can’t find the option to choose what Portfolio Type my Portfolio Post is. What am I missing?

Portfolio Post Link Error

I have searched the forums and generally to see if I can work out this problem by myself but I am truly stuck so am hoping someone here can help me out. I am running the free Virtue theme on my website volksamerica.com and wanted to set up a portfolio page with individual portfolio posts to share information and ideas.

Following the Virtue documentation (as best I can as the use of blocks make it look a little different now) I have created a Portfolio Page and my first Portfolio “post”. The Portfolio post was set up as an Image and the featured image shows on the portfolio page, as does the title and excerpt. But when you click on the image to see the whole post I get a Page Not Found error message as you will see if you click on the image. The post url seems to follow the same string as for the Portfolio page itself and since the post is visible I’m lost as to why the link isn’t working. I read somewhere (but I can’t find that again now) on the WordPress support site that if you get a Page Not Found error when clicking on a blog post then in the Settings > Writing from the dashboard to uncheck a Custom Types box I think and then recheck it but I don’t have that option at all when I go to the Writing setting so I am really stumped as to what to do next.

I’m just trying to set this up with a test post before I spend time creating more detailed posts that may not work. I’ve already spent hours trying to work this out myself so would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

How can you edit the URL on Portfolio Posts?

Hi guys,
I hope you can help.

My dev may have hidden the option (I don’t know) but there is no option to edit the url when creating or editing Portfolio Posts.
Is this standard and how can I edit it please?

Hide portfolio navigation arrows

Hi,
I want to hide the arrows that appear, at the top right, in each portfolio post.
I don’t wanna use the arrows, cause i have the free version theme and the navigation of the arrows is throuh all the portfolio posts and no through portfolio types (i know it is possible in premium version though).
And also when I am at mobile version the titles don’t align at the center due to the arrows,which are in the right.

So i just wanna hide them, right now i just change the color to white, now they are “invisible”, but i wanna them out.

I am using the Pinnacle free theme and have two questions regarding the Portfolio Post settings:
1. How can I add navigation to my portfolio posts without having the ‘post title’ activated?
2. Is it possible to change the look of the ‘Portfolio Post Bottom Carousel’? I want to remove the “view details” button when hovering.

Changing Background Color in Portfolio Post

I’m trying to change the background color in a portfolio post page.
I have tried the custom css

body.page-id-86 .contentclass {
background:#E5E5E5;
}

Which works fine for changing pages within the theme but not for portfolio post pages.

Any help gratefully received.

Links not working in Virtue theme portfolio post

Hi, I can’t seem to successfully insert a link in a portfolio post. I’m sure I’m doing something silly but I can’t seem to figure out the problem. This is what I’ve inserted using the link button in the post area:

As a Dorset Village Library patron, you have access to many online resources. Using your DVL patron number, you can connect to these services.

For some reason, the link text never saves and therefore nothing shows in the post after it’s saved.

Full width portfolio???

Hi… Please please please does anyone know why I can’t get a single portfolio post to be full width. I’ve tried all 3 layout options (Above, Besides & 3 rows), but whichever option I choose I’m still getting a gap on the right of my portfolio posts. Almost as if a sidebar space or extra column is there. I’ve scoured the internet for a possible cause, but so far I’ve found nothing. I can manage full-width all across my website, just not on portfolio posts.
