I have just installed Hustle, created the popup and linked my Mailchimp account.
I chose for the popup to display on every page and I made sure that it is live. However it still won’t do anything at all. It is supposed to show up after 5 seconds.

Clicking on an event to view its description produces inconsistent results. On some computers/browsers, you get the description; in other instances, you just get a blank white box. In one case, I get a message saying:
This content can’t be shown in a frame
There is supposed to be some content here, but the publisher doesn’t allow it to be displayed in a frame. This is to help protect the security of any information you might enter into this site.

A JPG showing examples can be found here. What can I do to ensure that the event description appears in every browser on every machine?

Video popup display stopped working

Hi Guys

I’ve being using this plugin without issue for a while however, Since an update for the plugin about a month or two ago the Video popup display stopped working.
Videos will now only display full screen which is not want wanted.

any help with this is appreciated

Popup not displaying properly / registering my design changes

Hello, I’ve been trying to set up the Yeloni popup for the last few days but I’m finding the experience frustrating and buggy.

I am trying to use the Email Subscription 2 popup design, which is a text overlay over an image background. However my popup won’t display properly when I view it in Chrome on my Windows laptop – the grey overlay stretches way below the background image, much further than it should. Here’s a screenshot of what I see:

Any idea why this is happening? If I change the width or length of the background it doesn’t seem to make any difference – I haven’t seen any changes to the popup size as a result. I’ve also tried it with a plain background, not an image, and had the same results.

Another issue that is making things harder: every time I ‘redesign’ my popup it resets my configuration settings (eg. unlinks my Mailchimp account). And every time I ‘configure’ my popup it seems to ignore all my redesign changes, so I just revert back to the original template copy (although my background image remains for some reason??).

I would really appreciate any help you can give me on this, otherwise I’ll probably have to switch to using another plugin.

PS. Is there any way to change the inline message that shows after a visitor has submitted their email into the popup? I would really love to be able to change that, because currently the message says ‘you are now subscribed’ even though I use Mailchimp’s two-step subscription process – it’s a little misleading.

Hello I have the free version, I LOVE this popup and want to keep using but it will not allow me to select a specific page to display popup on.

I can select Blog Homepage, but if I select another page from the dropdown menu, it won’t save my selection and it won’t display on that page. Can I do this in pro version?
