There seems to be lag or an error with the popup box loading, especially on mobile devices. It only loads the top portion of the shortcode lead form. It is imperative this form works to generate leads for our business.

I have set up the pop up to show within 5 seconds, and everything works good, except this option – “Display popup once per user” When I go to another page and come back to the home page it shows the popup again, and sometimes it shows popup in product pages as well. I have tried disabling cache plugging as well, Any help with this. Thank you

Hi GS Plugin,

Thanks for having this forum.
I have been trying to get the GS Plugin to show up a pop I set up for a while – with no success.
It was working fine on the Desktop for one day but then it stopped showing. It never worked on mobile. We do have a cache plugin, WP Rocket. But we use it for different purposes, and we’d prefer not to remove it.
Is there anything we can do? We love how the pop looks on preview mode and would be great to have it live.

Survey pop up in WordPress

I might be missing something, but is it possible to have the survey pop-up to be completed on the same WordPress page?

Currently, I have to install the shortcode onto a page and then when the user clicks on the button to complete the survey they get redirected to a new page. I was hoping to have the survey just pop-up if possible.

There are a lot of useful plugins and some which are better than others. Few greats. Popup Maker is one of the great ones and I am really thankful for the plugin. I have a lot of their pro plugins can’t say enough about the depth they’ve gone to make things as easy as possible while offering a lot of flexibility. Thank you!
