I am still building my website, so I didn’t add pop-ups for all button.

I have circled the button that I encountered the problem.

“Coupon X”, is not only a simple plugin to give a boost to your coupons even though this is its specialty, but it is also a particularly useful Pop Ups plugin, where you can communicate a lot of information at the time you need it, using some triggers or filters to decide when you want it to happen. (and in the future “Where” you also want them to be shown, so I was promised).
after buying it I am communicating by email with the plugin creator, and I tell you that he is very attentive with his users, with a lot of kindness, and fast response (of course based on his time zone-country).
And according to our conversation, he is working hard to apply a lot of filters (Triggers) to condition “When” the POP UPS are shown on the screen to have much more control, especially that my virtual store is a wholesale store, where you work with (Roles or Groups) of customers with different deals for each one.
I highly recommend this plugin, because the idea of the plugin itself is great, and reflects a highly successful philosophy of the creator where you can see that he understands what the consumer thinks and what we the owners of virtual stores seek to communicate to our customers, and how.
And finally, the best thing I see, is the disposition of the people of this plugin to improve it and adapt it to all the conditions we need, we just need patience and a continuous communication with them on how this plugin will be better.

To me, the plugin is not effective and does not work – plus their website/customer service makes it seems like a scam.

I am setting up a WP website and will be connecting MailerLite to it. I am assuming that I need to install the official MailerLite signup forms plugin. But despite 70K+ users, I see only a handful of reviews, most 3 stars or lower. Numerous help topics are closed to comments but with no resolution. It also appears that despite being the official plugin, some users cannot add a pop-up to their site, a basic feature that I would expect to work.

Questions:

Is this plugin required in order to use MailerLite on a WP site?

If anyone has used another plugin, which one has worked for them?

Any comments pro/con are appreciated.

I think it’s a lightbox effect but I can’t get any further than that! I’m not a web developer and don’t do code so is there an easy way of doing this? My WordPress site theme is Astra

On mobile, the pop-up covers over half of the screen, and most users can’t see the X button in the top right, which causes them to get frustrated and leave. I like it popping up on desktop but not mobile.

Or is there some CCS to prevent it when the screen size doesn’t surpass a certain number of pixels?
