FluentSMTP docs outdated, getting cannot perform “ses:ListIdentities”

The Fluent help page at https://fluentsmtp.com/docs/set-up-amazon-ses-in-fluent-smtp/ is outdated and references Amazon SES UX that no longer exists. AmazonSESFullAccess and AmazonSNSFullAccess are not in the IAM permissions policies list. Searching SES, SNS, and mail all come up empty.

My Amazon account IS authorized for “AmazonSesSendingAccess“, which works great with Thunderbird. However, if I continue the FluentSMTP setup, when I enter my key and secret key and submit, I get “USER is not authorized to perform: ses:ListIdentities because no identity-based policy allows the ses:ListIdentities action”. I assume there’s some policy I can’t find that I need to apply to my Amazon account. Anyone know what the modern policy name is? Help?

Also, I am 100% unable to post a comment at https://fluentsmtp.com/docs/set-up-amazon-ses-in-fluent-smtp/ , which makes me fear that the site and plugin are not well supported. “Security validation failed: you are typing too fast” (even after waiting 5 minutes) and “Security Token Expired” (after waiting 15).

Most plug in vendors have a free and paid and version of their plug in. We saw some nice features with their paid option not knowing that unlike most vendors, after the year you can keep using the plug in just without updates or ability to open problem tickets. NOT HERE – You lose the ability to access those premium function you paid money to get without paying for the premium cost for another year. We are a small non-profit group that must spend our members money wisely so I guess we will be migrating to another table platform that is more open in their policies… If you situations is like mine with very limited funds… might want to go elsewhere. In fact, you should go to Data Tables by Supsystic?where they have better customer service and do to cheat you.

Hey there, is any way to export configuration and content or policies created? We have more than 4 sites per week, and we need to have the same cookies, policies, and everything on every site. Having to create this every time is so frustrating.

vendor policies refresh on products

I had to actualize the delivery policy from one of my vendors. on the store, the change is well reflected, but on product page, the old policy is still displayed.

I do not see at product level any way to refresh it.

Where can we do that ? thx.

Hi, we are newbies to developing our website and have a small issue with our vendors storefronts.

In the back office is the option to add store policies for each vendor however we cannot get these to show on the storefronts.

Custom links in “accept privacy policy”

We want two buttons with links attached to it. For example:

A “I read the General Policy and I accept it”.

We want to use an anchor so the user can read the policy when clicking on the text.

Is there a way to do this?

I have created a new postage policy on ebay, but it is not showing in the drop down list on the profiles page. Ive set this as the default policy on ebay, not sure if i can somehow get the plugin to select the default?

For example:
