How do i enable the player to automatically show the player on these posts without having to go into each individual post and add the short code for the player?
Thanks in advance

Im getting this message: Error: WordPress API connection failed , api response : No permission.(rest_forbidden)
]]>I have been annoying myself with this for hours.
I am trying to set up a Podbean podcast to upload posts into a wordpress hosted website, created with Elementor (not that that last makes any difference I think).
I tried following the instructions here:
https://help.podbean.com/support/solutions/articles/25000005113-setting-up-my-podbean-podcasts-to-automatically-post-to-my-wordpress-site
I have realized that now the application password is embedded into wordpress so I tried not installing the plugin and just using it as it comes with wordpress.
I get the following error:
“Error: WordPress API connection failed , api response : Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.(invalid_username)”
I also got this error in other attempts:
“Error: WordPress API connection failed , api response : Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.(rest_forbidden)”
I have tried creating the user in many different ways, with different users, etc… There must be something I am not doing, but haven’t found anything online….
I recently went and took a big risk, and modified the htaccess. Now, it looks like this:
# BEGIN WordPress
# The directives (lines) between "BEGIN WordPress" and "END WordPress" are
# dynamically generated, and should only be modified via WordPress filters.
# Any changes to the directives between these markers will be overwritten.
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule .* - [E=REMOTE_USER:%{HTTP:Authorization}]
RewriteRule .* - [E=HTTP_AUTHORIZATION:%{HTTP:Authorization}]
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>
I added this line to the Original
RewriteRule .* – [E=REMOTE_USER:%{HTTP:Authorization}]
Still not working.
Help please!!!!

Things about my WP site that may be relevant.
– Currently redirected to PB’s page for us, did this *after* the error so it’s not something that would affect it.
– I have Jetpack installed
Thank you for any help!

No longer works. I have c80 embedded players – it’s always worked til now and Podbean haven’t changed anything.
I get the message “Sorry, this content could not be embedded.” and the option to leave it as a link, which is no good at all.
Please help!
]]>When I try to do the same thing with podbean, I keep getting Forbidden 403. I was able to “embed the code” inside my post manually, but when I don’t use powerpress, my podcast is not playable from the homepage the way it was on my old service.
I hope this makes sense?

But for some reason I fail to understand once I try to preview the post it will only show the link between the code but not the PodBean player as it’s supposed to. When I come bak to edit the HTML it has converted the code into this one (took out the symbols at beginning and ending so it doesn’t become a link):
a href=”https://www.podbean.com/media/player/audio/postId/5559785?url=https%3A%2F%2Fnosabemosnadade.podbean.com%2Fe%2Fnoticias-de-animacion-1-25-marzo%2F&skin=1&postId=5559785&download=1&share=1&fonts=Helvetica&auto=1″>https://www.podbean.com/media/player/audio/postId/5559785?url=https%3A%2F%2Fnosabemosnadade.podbean.com%2Fe%2Fnoticias-de-animacion-1-25-marzo%2F&skin=1&postId=5559785&download=1&share=1&fonts=Helvetica&auto=1</a
I’ll be extremely thankful if anyone is able to help me with this. Thanks!
]]>I’ve been using Podbean for years but I’m not that impressed with their terms and service. Would this plugin allow me to migrate directly from Podbean? They seem to run their backend on WordPress if that’s any help.
